+ -1 moreMr. Mattix was absolutely superb. He was very personable and very good. He basically went ahead and put us in touch with the right people to buy my parents home. I contacted him four years ago when my dad passed away and he did all the arrangements for the property there. I called Mr. Mattix again two years ago. He was very helpful. His price was very reasonable. He directed us to different places and told us how to go about it with different things. If need be, then we would definitely use him again.
Description of Work: Tom Mattix is the real estate agent I used while dealing with my mom’s property. My last interaction with him was the year before last. My children have used his services too. My son used him for buying a home here in the San Carlos area. Tom works with RE/MAX Coastal Properties.
