Description of Work: David Schneider, of Title 24 Energy Consultants, prepared a CF-1R-CRF 01 form as a certificate of compliance with California state energy use requirements. This was a requirement of the City of San Diego Development Services before a building permit would be issued. David completed the report for my small project in a professional and timely manner. It was accepted by the City, and a permit was issued.
