+ -1 moreWe set up the work, and it was a little bit more than the estimate cost. He did not make a change order, and remained at the original estimate he gave us. His workers are courteous, and clean up the work site every day before they leave. This included a roof tune up, roof repair, and a two year written roofing warranty. Toward the end of the job, Jim comes out and examines the work that has been done. I am very happy with Mr Eddingtons work, and enthusiastically recommend him to anyone in the San Diego area.
Description of Work: Jim Eddington, the owner of the company came out and gave my husband and me an estimate after thoroughly examining the roof, which included photos that he was able to show us.

Description of Work: The person who came to my home was very nice. He went on my roof (This was for a lift and lay) Roof job. He was very thorough. I believe he was the owner of the Company. Unfortunately I can't remember his name. He took pictures and went through everything with me. I had 4 total estimates. I really did my due diligence. The reason I did not use him is that I decided to go with someone else. Through my investigations, the one I went with did not have any complaints against them and I just had a really good feeling about them.
