The work was good. It was starting to rain on the day of service and they offered to come back on a different day. I ended up having them complete the work that day, but they were willing to accomodate a different appoinement time.

I was happy with the performance, but I wasn't very happy with the end. They quoted the job cost over the phone. The final bill was more than estimated and we we not aware of it until they handed my wife the bill.

The work was great. The cost was very reasonable. I even used an Angie's List discount. I recommended his services to my neighbbor as well. We found him very professional and on time. I would be happy to use him again.

Their receptionist, the appointment setter, was extremely nice, extremely professional, and helpful. The cleaner did a good job.

It was a disaster. I have new wood floors and asked the technician to take extra care to not get floors wet and to please wipe his feet. He told me he thought I was too uptight and that he should come back another day, then he went in his truck and proceeded to eat a sandwich. I had taken time off work and wanted to get the work done. I didn't want to work with someone who didn't want to be there so I called the office and they said they would send someone else. I waited two hours and then another technician arrived. He was careful but as I watched him he was beating my screens with a heavy, wet towel. My screens were new and this looked like a crazy thing to do ... And it did stretch out some of my screens. He kept working as it was getting dark. I asked if he wanted to come back and he said no but if I turned on the inside lights he could see better. I thought that was odd. I've never had a window washer work in the dark. Well he finished up in blackness and I signed the paperwork. The next morning when I could see it was obvious that two large patio doors and a couple of other windows were really badly scratched. To the point of feeling it with your fingernail. I was devastated as these windows were new and window washing was the last step of my remodel! The "good" news is that management came out and agreed (I missed more work) and their insurance paid to have my windows completely replaced by my original vendor. I of course missed more time from work. Lesson learned do not hire any window washer who does not have the backing of a insurance company. On that part I would rate their professionalism as higher as a company overall. But I will not use he again. Other neighbors here have used them with no problem. Please note any damage you have on your windows before getting them washed, they initially try to tell me those scratches were there .... They were not.

Two men, not the owner, came on time and clean the outside of windows. I told them to clean the screens. They wipe the frame. They did the job but nothing special like hosing down dirty parts of the screen, cleaning the windowsill or cleaning the tracts. I requested them to put "sticky feet" on the ledge above 2 windows which at first they declined but then did it. I will use them if I have no other choice. Will try others.

I thought they did really good. It rained the first day he came, but he came back the very next day and done a good job with the windows.

The call to the office was very professional and i made the appointment for 0800 the nest morning. We both needed to leave by a certain time. Steve was very punctual and arrived on time. Steve is very professional and left both of us very happy with this company and it's service . We will use them again and will recommend them to friends and neighbors Our windows are sparkling. The man who cleaned my windows was amazing. I have had a lot of window cleaning services over the years and this was the best ever. He was neat, clean, and made sure there were no dirty spots on the surfaces around the windows. Also, my windows were a mess so he really had to work to get them cleaned.

Called the office last week to set up appointment for this week. Scheduler was very professional and we set appoinment for this morning at 10:00 a.m. I was told that their employee would walk the perimeter of the house and give me a quote based on the number of windows involved. I said I thought there were about 40 windows and I was given an estimate of $300. Omar arrived this morning at 10:00 sharp. Very warm, friendly and outgoing young man. He and my husband walked around the outside and he gave us a price of $337 less the Angies List 10% discount. He thought the job would take five hours. He proceeded cleaning into the afternoon in a very methodical manner. He was thorough, neat and tidy as he progressed. The large job took six hours and ended up costing $305 (including the discount). I couldn't be happier with the results and will definitely refer this company to my friends and I will use them in the future.

They do a good job. They’re fast and unobtrusive. When they’re here they ask about when I’ll want my windows cleaned again. If I say six months, they call me back in six months to schedule. They’re just low maintenance and reliable and that’s really nice.

The guy charged me $63 since I had the Angie’s List discount. He did an excellent job. I would use him again. I am planning on using him again. The windows were spotless. They were very shinny and very clean. There were no streaks and there were no problems at all. He just wipes it down and he doesn’t really get in there. It wasn’t a big deal for me because my windows were very dirty.

Over the phone price quote was very attractive, but there was a surprise up-charge for cleaning the screens with a brush. This pretty much negated the Angie's List discount. Having said that, the two workers were careful, thorough and efficient and did not disturb things outside or inside. Next time, I'll be careful to understand the scope of the work being quoted.

The windows came out sparkling and I was very satisfied. I paid $3.00 extra for Mark to clean out the track in the sliding window and he did a good job on that. I paid $2.00 extra per window to have the screens taken down and washed on the grass in the courtyard (these had not been thoroughly cleaned in at least 5 years). I don't believe he did this as there was no evidence of water being used. When I was cleaning last Friday, I found gunk along the bottom edge of the screens. It doesn't appear any brush or cleaning was done along there. The base of every screen is still nasty and I suspect he only brushed them with a dry brush. Would I hire this company again? Yes, but I would inspect each screen the next time to make sure they were cleaned as I asked.

I got a coupon off Angie's List and used them. They were very good and very professional. They were very thorough as well.

A couple of times when I had them come in, it wasn't my old guy. It was somebody else so I wasn't thrilled. They did my windows in the past in the other houses I had lived in. They are really good. They always were. There was one time when I wasn't really excited about the guy they sent. I think it was a fluke. But I haven't had a chance to have anybody in since because the weather went south on us to find out. I don't remember how much I spent on the window cleaning. When I was at the previous house, a big 2 storied house, their price used to run about $179.00. That was 2 stories of lots and lots of windows in a 4 bedroom house, screens and everything included. They were absolute perfection. They would always do extra stuff. There was some sort of a seep-through roof on the patio back and they would clean that for just nothing. They were very thorough and always cleaned up after themselves. I just thought the world of them forever. I may have called somebody else the last time because they were busy. I really don't know what happened. I was not thrilled with the guy that came out, but if he was My Window Man I would be a little surprised. I just don't know if I called them or I called somebody else. The price was great. They have done a top drawer job. It is a little company, but they don't send fly-by-night people. They know what they are doing. There are no breaks, no smears, and no mess when they are through.
