I use them on a regular basis. I love them. They've been doing my windows for years. I recommend them all the time. It's absolutely a wonderful company. I can't say enough good things about them. They are very nice and very accommodating. The price is very reasonable for the type of work you're getting. They have been in the business for a long time and they know what they're doing. I get the same person all the time.

I apologize for not remembering the techs name. I think it was John. The house was built in 1960 with aluminum frame windows. They had not been cleaned in forever. My mother is 100 and could never see the dirt. Many of the screen clips were missing, and the paint around the window sashes were chipping badly, so I knew he had his work cut out for him. He was very methodical and efficient. Within 3 hours he had all washed and reinstalled. I am very pleased with his work. Especially with the rains now, the windows sparkle with the rain, rather than look like a mudslide. I can't wait to have the windows washed at my house.

There were additional expenses. It was fine.

My Window Man was very professional and respected our floors by wearing shoe coverings. They did a great job. The service only took a couple of hours (1 story home). Our windows look amazing and so clean! I will definitely use them again in the future and happy to recommend them to others!

They did okay, not great but okay. I probably wouldn't recommend them, just because there's better window washing people out there.

He knows how to clean windows. He's been with the company for 20 years and he seemed like a nice guy but the problem is, I have hard wood floors and nice rugs and I asked him if he took off his shoes. He said, well, do you have something that I can put on? Normally they have their own little bootie things. So here is this bucket, a very dirty bucket, with this filthy rug and I said, you know that is really dirty. He dropped it on my oriental rug and I actually almost screamed, no, no, no. And he said, 'Okay', so then he goes and drops it on my hardwood floor. He did a good job with the windows. In the past when they cleaned my windows, they also cleaned the screen, but they wash it. They actually spray water on it. He didn't do that, he just used a brush. It is very odd. Another thing is, they owe me. It didn't cost the amount that I had bought it for, so they owe me about $58 or something. I've called them twice and they said, oh, we'll call you back. Nobody has called me back. He drove up in this tiny little, I think it was a Volkswagen. It wasn't even in a company truck. He gave me no receipt. I have not gotten any kind of paperwork from them. I bought one of those things where I paid 100 and something dollars for the window treatment and then it didn't come to that. It was a Big Deal with their company and I did it online. He did a good job on the windows but he didn't do a good job on the trucks or the screen and I didn't like the fact that he had this dirty old rug with him and and he was carrying this bucket around that I was scared he was going to spill water on my things. The price was probably a B too because to me if he was going to charge 100 and something, he should have done a better job. I went through and did the work my self. I went through and cleaned all the grooves off. I lost somebody that I had before. He sold the business to somebody else but he was perfect. He came in, put little booties, took time to clean and he charged the same thing. He said he was going to be here from 8-9 but he didn't arrive until probably close to between 8:30 and 9. That wasn't bad.

It went very well. We liked them very much and we'll have them back again. The guy was very personable, very friendly and did a good job. He arrived punctually. It was a good experience.

Every dirty window on my tri level house was cleaned 100%. Great company.

Originally the job was to be done on a Friday afternoon, but the company called early that morning to say that the truck needed to carry the large ladder was out of commission, and could I reschedule? With my following week pretty well full, they offered to have someone come two days later on a Sunday--which was unbelievable!. I said yes, and Omar showed up earlier than the scheduled 2-4 pm pre-arranged time and immediately got to work on the outer windows and screens. The loft windows at first presented a problem, and we were not sure at first if these could be cleaned on the outside, but Omar figured out , and he was successful in cleaning them. He then completed all the rest of the windows and screens. He was pleasant and focused and worked quickly and efficiently yet thoroughly, until all the windows sparkled--all for the amazing price of $65. I will definitely use My Window Man again!

The window cleaning service was great, all of my windows were left very clean. Scheduling was easy and they called me the night before to confirm my appointment. They arrived on time and performed the service efficiently and thoroughly. I would definitely hire them again.

I have been using this company for years. My technician Omar does a wonderful job & I always recommend this company.

It was a long time ago. I think it was okay but we did have a broken lamp and I’m not sure if they may have been the ones that broke it. It was either them or the cleaning people. I never was sure. I was satisfied with their service except for the lamp that was broken. The price was good.

The company responded immediately the same day I purchased their Angie's list deal and was able to have someone come out the very next day. I was very pleased with the timely response. The quality of the work was excellent and the service I received from everyone I dealt with was friendly and highly efficient. I would definitely recommend this company.
