Description of Work: I was quoted $115 when I signed up, and this amount was charged to my credit card. I told them about the type of windows I had and where I was located. They said they'd be out to do the job on a certain day. Instead, a man showed up with no intention of doing the job, but only to give an estimate. He wanted to charge around $265 because of my window type and location, but said he'd do it for $244. Even though I felt that I had been a victim of a bait and switch scam, I checked what I had paid for my windows before, and it was somewhere between the lower and higher amounts I had paid. So I agreed to the $244 and I asked if that included screens and tracks, and was told yes. h I asked if I could pay with my Discover card, and he said yes. After 2 reschedules, two other crew members showed up and did not want to do the tracks, saying that would be extra. I talked to the office and they told them to do the tracks. Then when they finished, they told me they would not take my credit card, even though the estimator told me specifically that they would take my Discover card. Then they left without saying anything or letting me know they were leaving. The office then sent me a bill for about $310,charging me for the tracks. I called the office and told them I was sending a check for $244.00, the amount I had agreed to,but nothing more. I do not know why this company says one thing and does another, but I do not want to deal with them again since they do not do what they promise.

Description of Work: Wash windows in and out. They did not get bird droppings off the windows which was the main purpose of the cleaning. They were lazy or sloppy. Not sure which shortcoming prevailed.
