We were pleased that on such short notice right before Thanksgiving, Nicole was able to help us and scheduled Steve for a full house(inside and out, including a large window above our front door)window cleaning. It all looked very nice. Nicole even called that evening to follow-up on the project and our satisfaction. However, it rained the next day! They provided a rain guarantee and Jason returned to do a very through touch-up for us! We felt their price was reasonable and would call on them again in the future.

Contractor called me to tell me the window washer would be a little late due to traffic (which I appreciated), but he still arrived within the previously stated time-frame. Our home has about 40 windows total, ranging in size from small to very large. Some have French panes. Most windows had not been cleaned well in 5 years, some were very dirty and many had paint flecks from exterior painting. All, but 1 window were streak-free and looked amazing. The one window with streaks I didn't notice until the next day when the sun hit it just right. A very awkward window to reach, also with French panes and still looks better with streaks than it did before! I was also pleasantly surprised that he cleaned the mildew off window panes in the bathrooms. I wasn't expecting that as part of the services.

Overall it went excellent after making the appointment for the estimate for 8:30 AM I had to wait until 10:00 AM for David to show up. He explained that there was a mix up with appointment time, but came ready to work. He gave me the estimate and we discussed how he would proceed since there was oil base stains to remove. I liked his mannerism and told him to proceed with job. He exceeded my expectation, was quick, thorough, and professional, and volunteered to do more then I had asked. It was worth the wait to have someone so professional, personable, and adept at his work. I am very happy with the way my windows look.

Had to point out missed windows/doors. Next day when sun was at good angle found many windows had streaks, etc.

They did a very nice job. The guy was very prompt, he did a really good job. We didn't even know he was here. We were very pleased with their work, we would use them again.

The experience was fine. He did more than he agreed to do because I thought they were just going to hose the screens, but he ended up scrubbing them when I asked him to do that.

The washer did a great job on my windows and screens. They did the windows, in and out, the screens brushed off, and sills wiped all for 8.00 per window. He was also very careful with my things and not to get water and dirt on my carpet. He was very friendly and I would definitely use them again.

I phoned them and they gave me an estimate over the phone. We set up a date/time. They arrived 1 hour early and looked at the windows and said they could not do them because of the height. I was disappointed because not only did I clear my afternoon to do this, but the height of the windows was discussed in the initial conversation. I was offered the name of another company only after I inquired about it.

With short notice, My Window Man showed up on time, cleaned ALL the windows and screens in my two-story house- inside and out, including leaded glass windows- in a matter of a couple of hours. He did a quiet, clean job- no mess left behind. Just sparkling windows!

It was very well done. There was one guy who was very fast and careful. I would recommend him to others.
