We had trouble choosing a railing because we liked the way the stairs looked without one and we had trouble finding examples of railings that would enhance the look of our home. John worked with us to find a style that complimented our home and would be safe for small children. He gave us prompt and reasonable estimates, finished the work on schedule and added style and integrity to our staircase. We are thrilled with the results.
Description of Work: John installed a wood and steel railing in our home.

 + -1 moreStair Source came to my house to upgrade my current stair balusters with new high end wrought iron balusters. They were timely,clean, & pleasant. They covered my carpet as well as my tile where they would be walking & working. When ever I called with questions or concerns my call was returned promptly. All foreseeable issues were addressed and the estimate was fair and competitive. I would and will be recommending Stair Source to my friends. I had a very pleasant experience.
Description of Work: I found Stair Source on the Better Business Bureau website with no faults. Stair Source came to my house to upgrade my white wood stair balusters with new high end wrought iron balusters. I made the appointment for the consult and had them installed by the next week. They dealt with all the old baluster removal & did a good job of cleaning up.
