I hired Ian Scattergood and Momenta Design Group to draw up a remodel plan and obtain plan approval and permits from the city. Ian was able to meet me the same week I called for an appointment and measured out the remodel space the same day as the initial appointment. I received draft plans within a week and email updates from Ian and his partner, Rick, during the approval and permit process. From start to finish, the whole process took about two weeks, and my project was able to start right on time. This was no easy feat considering the number of permits my remodel required. I'd highly recommend both Ian Scattergood and Momenta Design Group to anyone in need of an architect and help navigating the city plan approval/permit process.

The Permit Pro Consultants were EXCELLENT. Ian was all over my home, looking for possible stumbling blocks, advising the contractor of problems that were pre-existing. Then they secured all the permits for the new construction. Outstanding work in a very short period of time.
