It went very well, from obtaining an estimate through completion of the work. Wayne, the estimator, explained the process very thoroughly. The painting crew were very meticulous, and answered any questions we had during the work. Patrick the foreman addressed any issue's that came up during the final walk through. The crew cleaned up the work site pretty thoroughly. We are very happy with the final results.

Response time was great, reasonable start date, price was reasonable , team members communicated what was going on, on time and it looks great. Keep the site clean and took the needed precautions to avoid overspray on rest of house or plants. Plan to hire them again to paint the rest of the house once we replace our Old siding later this year or early next year.

I wanted to love this company as their paperwork was very professional and the rep was very personable. However, when they said they would sand the roof and deck, it turns out that very little was actually sanded before they lay down a solid stain. They did spray and back fill the whole deck, the roof, the trim around a window, and the wood under the fascia, along with the entire railing around the deck. It looks much better, although I can see flakes of the old paint that were pasted down with the new spray, and part of the roof was not covered very well. The rep said that the work was guaranteed for 3 years, but that is not mentioned in the paperwork I received. I would have felt better if the cost had not been so high. I guess I expected perfection for $3,000.

It went very well Grant and his staff were on time and very professional. They started the Exterior Painting first and it was done a day ahead of schedule. When they showed up to do the Interior painting the staff were all in Masks and booties to protect not only the house but from spreading any Corona Virus. The Cost for the project fit my wife's and I budget and were very happy with the job they did.

On time, good pricing and met expectations

Our experience with The Painting Company was terrific. We purchased a new home and discovered some cracking around skylights in our main family room. There were also large holes left from previous owners in walls where items had been hung. They were able to come the very next day for estimate. Expertly matched paint colors to existing interior, and completed the work within the week so our family could close on our home on time. I had one concern throughout the process and called the foreman which had it resolved immediately and professionally. Excellent communication and the painting they did looks great! Will be hiring them again as some renovation in the house is completed. Highly recommend their services!!

The painter they had come in did a poor and unprofessional job and I had to have them come back 3 times. There are still issues, including new ones but because we had to sell the house, we did not have time to have them come out a 4th time to fix issues. We paid almost $5,000 for lousy work. Drip marks, didn't remove wallpaper border in kitchen, just painted over it. Paint droplets and residue all over shower/tub hardware and mirror and cupboard, droplets on new flooring, crown molding not sealed and painted in 2 areas, wall paint color on fireplace bricks, paint overspray on windows in kitchen and livingroom, paint peeling off of closet doors and trim.

This was a wonderful experience. Cheerful, competent, punctual and great on follow up, as well as excellent on pricing. I have already used them for a second job and had the same experience.

There was definitely a scheduling issue which delayed the start of the job, but Colton understood the gravity of the situation with regards to our tight timeline, and made it happen. He called his manager and requested more crews to finish the job before we had carpeting scheduled to be installed the following day. Kudos to Colton to help alleviate his coworker’s mistake with the scheduling and to his crew for doing a great job. I would definitely recommend this company for your painting needs.

It went amazing! The entire staff was professional as much as personable. The communication was beyond my expectations from start to finish. From us calling to schedule a quote, to meeting with Wayne and Joel to discuss our job, to Colton and Ismeal getting the job done! They were very respectful... asking where they could store materials, if they could play music etc.. Our home looks so much better than I imagined, especially with their special back rolling technique! Colton even helped us with letting our dog in and out of his crate during a day we were out of town. I highly recommend The Painting Co and their team. Thank you guys for making us love our home again!

DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!! YOU WILL BE SORRY IF YOU DO!! Took twice as long, didn't clean up, unprofessional painters (started yelling at each other in my kitchen), horrible lines, paint on fireplace, paint on light switches, didn't put back all switch plates, painted air registers, paint drops on my new floor (ended up having to replace a couple vinyl planks). Mixed up the semi-gloss and eggshell paint. Some walls were painted semi and other eggshell. They never finished the job as quoted, as I asked them to stop and not do the doors after the horrible experience of the ceiling and walls. Detailed experience: I got a quote from this place to paint the ceiling, common areas (living room/family room, hallways) 2 bathrooms and the doors inside my house. A guy named Wayne came out and gave a quote a lot cheaper than the 2 other companies I got quotes from. Feeling like maybe I missed something with Wayne, I called Wayne and we walked through the quote again. To my surprise we only miscounted the number of doors. He resent me a revised quote that was still 20% cheaper than anyone else. He quoted about a week to complete the job. I took a risk and hired them and his ended up being the worst experience I have ever had with any company. When the painters showed up my wife and I felt uneasy. Painters immediately started disagreeing about how to start the job. By day 3 of the job, it blew into a full-fledged loud argument (one threatened to quit) and my wife felt scared. So she called me and I left work to come home to find out what is going on. The job supervisor, Mark, was there when I showed up and he was talking to the painters. He just apologized and said the painters were roommates and then left. On day 5, they still were not done with the bathrooms or walls and haven't even touched the doors yet. I asked them to finish up everything, except the doors so we can have this company out of our house. So they said ok and said they would deduct $500 from the total. They charged $100 a door in the quote and we had 13 doors. So after everything I mentioned above they tried to screw me over on the final price!!! After arguing with them for awhile they only would take $900 off the total price. At the end of day 5, they said they were done with everything except the doors and the painters left. On the same day, they charged my credit card the remaining balance without the job being completed. The next day, I called Mark asked them to come by and look at the paint job as it was not done. He said he could not come out for a couple days because he has other jobs at the moment. On day 8, I walked Mark through the house and asked if he is proud of the job, he said he wasn't. There was semi-gloss and eggshell mixed all throughout the house along with the issues I mentioned in first paragraph. On day 10, a couple painters showed up to fix the issues. They did fix some of it but the painters said they could not finish it all that day. I called Mark and he said he could not get anyone else out there to finish the job until the next week as he has other jobs to complete (not my problem). I said you already charged my card so I am going to call the credit card company and reverse the charges. Miraculously, 20 minutes after threatening to reverse the charges, he was able to find someone to come out and work the next day. After they left on day 11, I ended up spending a couple days doing touch up just to get it respectable. I also had to replace some vinyl flooring planks as I couldn't get the paint off. Worst experience ever with a company.

They did a great job. Super helpful when I changed my mind and switched colors after they’d already began. Touched up every single nit picky spot I found. It looks awesome and I’m very happy.
