Description of Work: Cleaned a three bedroom condo. Three people came and they bring their own equipment and supplies. It took them about 2 1/2 hours. They do an excellent job - even dust the blinds. They will clean whatever you tell them to - even change the bedding (which I did not have them do) - clean the microwave, oven, etc. They will move the furniture if you ask them to. They do a very good job and I have always been happy with their service. Sometimes when I call to make the appointment there is a lag time or the people I talk to are not overly friendly. I have not priced other companies but they do seem to be pricey - but dependable. I use then about once a year. This time the owner came to check up on the workers and was very nice.

+ -1 moreIt went fine overall. They were on time, pleasant and moved constantly. They didn't waste a minute.
Description of Work: I have a rental house that needed to be cleaned after 5 students moved out. It was filthy and a huge job. The 3 maids spent 5 hours cleaning and did a very good job. They had to pick up trash left behind in most rooms, clean 2 dirty bathrooms and a filthy kitchen plus all appliances. That, plus mop, vaccum, wipe down, polish furniture. Because of the amount of cleaning required they didn't get every area spotless but I would have them backagain. They worked non-stop.

+ -1 moreWhile they are not the lowest priced service, the quality of their work is excellent. The maids are cheerful and friendly while remaining focused and efficient. The owner Ben has been extremely flexible with several short-notice cancellations during a 6-month remodel we just finished (e.g. no point in cleaning/dusting the next day if the contractor is planning to sand drywall that day).
Description of Work: The Maids have been doing weekly housecleaning for me for almost 5 years. Their team of four maids takes 45-60 minutes to clean my entire 2000 sq.ft. home (2 bedrooms, 3 baths, 2 "offices", kitchen, family room, living room), including cleaning the glass on the sliding glass doors on a rotating basis. They provide all their own equipment/supplies, with the exception of the wood floor cleaner that I've asked them to use.
