This company is contracted by SDGE to install water heaters through an senior citizen program SDGE offers. 3 months of waiting for them (with no hot water), they finally arrive at my moms home for install. The install told her he had to run out to home depot for supplies at approx 0930, and never returned. At approx 1415 she calls THA to find out what happened. She lady on the phone said the installer wouldn't come back out until my elderly mother moved a rolling tool box and outdoor chair from the area. The lady on the phone said she had to text her a photo proving it was done. My mother would not have been able to do this, I came over to do it for her. This is by far the WORST service I have ever seen. Do not use this company.

They did great job. The fan motor part needed was not available due to pandemic from manufacturer. They spent the whole day and engineered a solution with local suppliers. Very impressed

We are very happy to recommend Mathew Metanat and THA Heating and Air Conditioning.We had THA install a new HV/AC in our older home in Coronado, CA. It required removing the old and installing the new: furnace, air conditioner, gas valves, pump, ducting, insulation, chase for duct, registers and thermostats, flues, sealing, testing, 2 zones, and much more. It was a complete job.All the work was completed on time, as promised; all employees were very professional in their workmanship and conduct. THA was able to adjust to our needs and schedule. THA took the time to instruct us, was free with information, was always accessible when called, was great in problem solving.We were very pleased with the work THA did for us, and can highly recommend this company. my AC was leaking condensation, my carpet was soaked and after 10 min of using the AC I would get water under the furnace. They came about 2 hours after I called and fixed it. very professional. They also do water heater.they just charge for the job, no hourly rate, no book, no transportation fee, just great service.

They are wonderful. The nice thing is the owner will answer any complaints or problems himself. If he wasn’t doing the work he would come and inspect it personally. He is very nice and extremely responsive. We checked reports on different companies and Tierra Santa Heating and Air were the best in terms of price. They were always on time and responsive to any of our calls. The service was just amazing! I would use them again without a doubt.

The service from the technician (Hector) overall was fantastic. Our AC unit is ~15 years old and the technician did a great job explaining the problems this unit was having, what had to be fixed and what was not worth fixing on an outdated unit; all without a hard sell to simply replace the unit. An informative discussion that will definitely lead to us using THA when we actually replace the unit. The service itself was done very quickly and professionally. Determining root cause and resolving the issue was performed efficiently and effectively. The only problem was a brand new, malfunctioning thermostat I had installed the day before. The technician reinstalled our old thermostat free of charge and did not leave until everything was confirmed to be working 100%. My only "non A" rating is for punctuality. My appointment was from 8-10am. I had mentioned to the rep I set the appointment up with that this was a tenant location and it would be greatly appreciated if they could come at 8am as I would not simply be waiting at home for them. It was implied they would do all they could. At 10am when no one had yet shown up I called and was told someone would be there in 20 minutes. Overall the experience worked out very well but this is a case where one phone call on THA's end would have made a big difference.

The owner himself came out to do the estimate, and was the only one of the three company representatives to suspect that we had a problem with the vents in the attic. There was no hard sell. They scheduled the work within a few days of when we notified them to proceed. All the workers on the project were very professional. They arrived when they said they would, and worked long days. They were flexible enough to change their work schedule when we had an emergency and had to go out. The installation was flawless. They explained everything that we needed to know. The job was done on time and within budget.
