Description of Work: We have used Terminix for 24 years. We have never had a problem with either pesticide service or terminate service. They have stood behind their warranties and are quick to respond to extra service requests.

Description of Work: We cancelled our service in February since we found someone better, more responsive & actually did what they said they had done. Since we had pre-paid for March they did our service. In April they were still trying to arrange to do our monthly service. We assume the tech did the service in April/May/June while we weren't there & they are now trying to bill us for it. The tech was pointedly turned away in June. We got a phone call yesterday indicating we owe them $109! We have used them for over 10 years. An example of problems is they claimed they sprayed in the eaves & cleared out cobwebs to do so -- not done. When we looked into termite treatments they claimed tenting is the only way to do it & quoted over $5,000. That's the only way THEY do it. We found an alternative treatment for much less with a good result. We will never recommend Terminix and always suggest people find a different service. They are unprofessional and a waste of money.
