They've all been nice. They have a two hour window and they're usually there within the two hours.

They are very good and their service is effective. The people who come are nice and polite. They are all professional and come in their uniforms. They come over and perform their work until the next time I call them again. They come when they are supposed to come. They give me various other options to try and sell their services but they do not push additional services. Their pricing is competitive and somewhat flexible. They answer all the questions I may have. I would use them again in the future.

I've used them for about 14 years. They have kept the bugs and ants out of my house. I give them all As for their services.

Their quarterly treatment was $75. They were veyr helpful and professional, they certainly offered the best bargain I found. Their termite control includes repairs of anything they find. They actually go in there and treat it and everything necessary. You don't have to hire a second person to come in and take care of whatever they find. For a little bit more money you get a good value. They were very very polite people in every case.

The thing I like about them is that they just come and do their work and they are minimally disruptive. They are also very mindful of the fact that we have animals, so they’ll knock on the door and they’ll make sure that the animals are contained while they do the treatment. They do a good job; I don’t have any problems. They are very responsive. They are punctual, and they are very professional.

They do a good job. I have no problems at all with their service. They doa professional job and are effective. I do not have any little critters running around. My wife pays the bill so I can not comment on that.

We pay $135 every three months. They just sprayed to the gold bugs and everything else had outside perimeter of the house and on the property. We would definitely use them again in the future.

I am on a contract with them and they come out for treatments every couple of months. I will use them again in the future.

They do what they are supposed to do, and they don’t cause a lot of trouble. I would use them again in the future.

We have had them for years on an annual contract for termite check ups and stuff like that. They seem to do a good job.

We’ve always been very pleased with them. They tented our home for termites about 5-6 years ago, and at that time, they offered a package deal where they inspect for termites along with rodents. They come out on a regular basis for both and we’ve been very pleased with them.

A few months ago we found termite droppings and called them to schedule to have someone come out. The first available time was 2 weeks later. The guy came out and said he only deals with pests and would need to send a termite inspector. This was frustrating as we made it clear we had termite needs when we scheduled the appointment. Someone came out 3 weeks after that and said he wouldn't be able to perform the service and would need to schedule the service again. So...we rescheduled for a little over a week later. And he called to reschedule during the time th service was scheduled for. My boyfriend left work early to meet him for the service. It has been an altogether frustrating experience and I'm upset we signed a 2 year contract with them. When you know you have termites you don't want to wait two months for you termite control company to deal with it. We won't be renewing our contract.

It was about seven to eight years ago we had to have our house fumigated, and they came in to do that, and we alleged that whoever they had putting the covering over the house they stepped on a bunch of tile and broke them, and cost us a whole bunch of money. We didn’t go up on the roof to see because it didn’t occur to us to do that, and then when the roof started leaving some months later we did go and investigate, and we had everything repaired and the only proposition we could make was that the people that had put that covering on had stepped inappropriately on the tiles. So my husband is trying to collect some damages from them and at this point they haven’t agreed to reimburse us at all, and we are probably goin to take it up seriously. It’s one of those things where they say that how do they know that it was their fault, but the fact is that nobody else goes up on that roof, so who else could have done it. They were probably competitive in terms of their cost, but it was just their attitude. They have been in this situation before and they knew that there was some risk to the tiles, and they started to make a disclaimer on the sheet that they were not responsible, and we had no idea that it was going to be damaged like that. It is possible that they did an okay job on pests, but the damaged that was done was not okay and that’s the only part I can speak about now. I would not use them again in the future.

If you have any trouble, you can call them anytime. He was on time. They gave several notices. He was polite and clean. He took time to talk with us. He helped me with an electric lamp.

I’ve used them for a long time. I have been happy with the work and would recommend them.

The visit went very well. They called me up to let me know that they are coming to make sure they have access to the outside. Usually it is the tech himself that is going to come out and do it. He gives me a call, which is way cool. I can say I got a couple of moths inside and he says that he can leave a couple of cards for that. For a big company like that I am actually pleased with them. They come out once in every three months and take care of the pests. They always do their job on their own. I have never had to call them. They are very professional. I will definitely continue to use them.

Different plans for different bugs with different pricing plans. Started out ok then shortly after a treatment a tree started dying. They denied any responsibility . I fired them. I routinely receive junk mail & telephone solicitations requesting my business from them.

We had an infestation of a certain type of mite. Terminix told me they could remove the infestation with treatment. They treated the property but the infestation continued. This was not what we paid for and the the treatments were expensive. Their answer was that we should spray the entire yard and that we would never get rid of them using their service. They told us after we had them out three times previously. The technicians were good but the communication was poor. I will not use them again in the future.

Everything went fine with this company. I don’t have any complaints with them at all. Overall, I was very satisfied with the results and will continue to use them.

They are very thorough, reliable, and I would highly recommend them.

They seem to be okay and they come out and do the job. We don't have any pests and we don't have bugs in the house so it seems to be okay. They come in and do their thing, which we appreciate. They are reliable. They do what we ask them to do. They are doing a good job. We’ve had to call a couple of times and they have been responsive. They come when they are supposed to come.

.They come every year and inspect. They are a good, reliable company. They have a local representative here that whenever we call them they have been very responsive. Their price is average. They are almost the same as every other pest control company. We will continue to use them in the future.

After receiving estimates from 3 suppliers (Corky's, Terminix, Antac), we chose Terminix based on their professionalism, thoroughness of their exam of termite damage, and the thoroughness of the contractor they sent to estimate repairs needed. Cost was nearly exactly the same for all the companies ($1450 for tenting; $1440 for replacement & repairs to our wood deck). We had seen the termite damage, so agreed with their report. Our rep, Eric, was professional, courteous, & responsive. I called several times with additional questions and he always gave a prompt, informative answer. Same with the contractor who handled the wood repair, Clint. Upon request, they emailed me a detailed, itemized list of the work they would do, which I printed out. Clint came out with 2 helpers before the tenting and the guys worked one long day replacing, priming and painting parts of our deck, steps, and the understructure. We allowed plenty of time to bag our food and medicines in preparation for the tenting. They provided plenty of bags for us. I came back to the house after they started tenting it, and was happy to see the guys had found a few items I'd left behind and bagged or removed them for me (a houseplant, dog food, medicines in a second bathroom). I rated the quality of the work "excellent" partly because of how Terminix handled our one issue that came up. After the construction team left, my husband and I saw that a few details weren't up to par: a couple woodscrews missing, a nail exposed, and a few boards still weren't replaced.. I called Eric and Clint and they came out today and fixed these details. They were pleasant and happy to fix them, saying, "We want you happy with our work". Note: one last step I am going to do is have our roof contractor check to see that no damage occurred when the guys walked on the roof. I'm not expecting any damage, especially since we had our asphalt shingle roof replaced last year . But a friend of ours experienced some damage to her wood shingle roof. It was old and the company was a different one.

We have a program and pay $80 a quarter. If we have any problems, they come right out and take care of it. They come out 3 or 4 times a year to spray and check everything.

The inspector said it was fine, and asked me to sign an electronic report, where the he had ticked a bunch of boxes and then had me sign on this little window. The inspector said it was just to show that he had been our and looked at the place. I looked it up on line on my account and the report said that he spot treated the area-I was with the guy the whole time and there was no spot treatment.
