Description of Work: As far as I know everything is OK. I have been using them so long that I don't know how to compare with others. |One downside that prevents overall 'A' is the fact that they have moved from dealing via a local office to a central communications center.

Description of Work: I keep a termite contract on the home, and have had it for several years. They are expensive and sometimes do not have my best interests at heart. I have learned how to work with them, and they with me but I do often consider other options regularly. If you are looking for a termite service, shop around. Sometime, as in my case, the devil you know v. the devil you don't is why I stick with them.

Description of Work: We've been Terminix customers for more than 10 years. They provide quality service and their representatives are always polite and professional.

Description of Work: They spray all around the house and that controls "all" the pests. The same guy has been doing our home for about 2-3 years and is really responsive and helpful. I can call him anytime so special help.

Description of Work: We have a terrific service technician who is responsive and professional. In addition to regular quarterly service, we have requested additional service due to ants. We are not charged extra and service is performed within a day or two of our call.

Description of Work: I don't remember the cost. I pay on an annual basis for quarterly service. They treat the outside of the home. We rarely have any insects (other than fleas for the cats) in the house. We have had no ants or mice I the house since they started treating our yard several years ago. We live close to anyone's and a friend once said our whole neighborhood was built on a giant ant hill, so I am very pleased with their work. If I am home when the technician comes, he always knocks to let me know he is there and let's me know when he leaves. He also usually calls a day or so before coming over to remind us he is coming. |

Description of Work: Our pest control specialist, Gustavo, is the best. Very helpful and responsive. Goes out of his way to discover the source of the problem (ants invading the house)and provide a solution. We have been very happy with our regular service provided by Terminix for 15+ years.

Description of Work: With my previous bug service, I never saw a bug for over 20 years (private biz no longer around), but ever since I've signed up with Terminix, I've been inundated with all types of bugs: spiders, ants, fleas, etc. |I don't necessarily think that Terminix does a bad job, it's just that they don't offer monthly service, only quarterly, and a good bug service should be monthly (in my opinion)!

Description of Work: Quarterly spraying for bugs and termites around the base of the house. I've had the same nice young man spraying my house for years...compared against a new guy every time with the last company. And...he's happy with his job.
