Description of Work: Had a contract to treat for subterranean termites if they were found. Well we have subterranean termites. First, Terminix tried to tell me we did not have a contract for this type of termite. After asking the service technician if he really wanted me to go get my copy of our terminate agreement. The technician agreed that I had a contract to bait for and kill subterranean termites. He stated that since I had killed the visible termites, he was not going to treat the area. I told me our contract stated that Terminix would bait for subterranean termites if they were found. He told me he was not going to bait. I pleaded with this guy for over an hour. And his answer was he was not going to treat and he was not going to bait for termites, NO MATTER WHAT MY CONTRACT said. | |Terminix was also suppose to fix any termite damage and I guess that was another lie, because we have several support beams, 1/2 eaten by termites and they said the damage was not extensive enough. The contract said they would replace ALL damage done by termites when the house was under their care. |I do not know what I am paying for. What a waste of money. |

Description of Work: I have been with this Terminex office for nearly 11 years. Through better or worse on both sides LOL! I know other services are less money, but their customer service has been superb, and that's important to me. I don't have to worry about whether they will comply to my demands. I don't like that they send different specialists as often as they do, but each one has had their own 'spark' and I couldn't complain. They have all been considerate of my elderly dogs, careful where the spray is applied. Even if I yell at them they come right out and make everything right, even when it's not their fault. They stuck with me when renters living in the house next to me (recently from another country) threw all their garbage in their backyard and moved out in the middle of the night. For weeks afterward I called Terminex back to treat the disgusting onslaught of bugs I received from the neighboring yard. It was all covered by my quarterly payment. And We Won the Bug War! I stayed with Terminex.

Description of Work: The exterminator is fine, polite, efficient, caring. The company has jacked up the quarterly price every year by $10 a year. When their inspectors came out a few years ago they permanently put me off this company due to their aggressive and unfriendly marketing. While I like the guy who services our house I will never use them for actual termite work. |

Description of Work: We have a yearly plan. They performed an annual inspection for termites. They addressed areas of concern and did a thorough inspection.

Description of Work: I have used Terminix for over 20 years. I have my routine pest control done on a quarterly basis and would not consider changing companies. They are very professional and very efficient. They have also tented our house and done annual inspections.

Description of Work: It's a part of a special program where they come quarterly to spray around the house. After they had my house tented first, that's part of the deal. They come on time every time. My rep. (Kimo) does a great job and always explains what hes doing. And answers any questions I might have.

Description of Work: I get a quarterly spray of the outside, but I've also called them when I've needed additional treatments in the past. They let me know a day or so ahead when they'll be coming and they've always done a great job.
