+ 0 moreOverall I was extremely satisfied with the quality of work and the price from TechSupportSD. You honestly get what you pay for with Tyler's services. He resolved the two issues I called him about and offered advice and solutions for other items that he came across. I had no idea you should only have one anti-virus program on your computer! I will call Tyler in the future for all of my technology questions, he's simply the best!
Description of Work: I was referred to TechSupportSD by another computer repair company in San Diego. Tyler Luna is the owner and I must say, quite a delight! He was punctual, professional and very knowledgeable. He didn't waste any time (as he charges by the hour) and immediately started working once I showed him the problem with my network. I have a very long home and couldn't get WiFi in the rear of the house. Tyler configured an Access Point and expanded the WiFi signal throughout my home. He also helped me with my custom built computer that was overheating. I didn't have to explain much in detail as he caught on very quickly and knew exactly what I needed.
