Description of Work: Horrible experience with this company. The president of the company was our "lighting consultant" and he grossly over ordered merchandise even after working with our construction company contractors designer and viewed our architectural plans. The most disappointing of all of this, was 3-4 months of problems on refunds and mis-ordering, over ordering and receiving defective merchandise. This took many months and at least 25 emails that at the beginning, were met with defensiveness and then emails completely ignored. It took a post of a negative review, that I told them at my wit's end I would write if they would not refund what was rightly and legally due us. They did not refund. We spent over $22 thousand dollars with them, and they would not refund $4300 dollars on ridiculously, not disputed by them mis order of items and defective items. Items we paid for and returned with no refund given. Much time was spent on emails with no response. Fairness and honesty is a huge part of a companies success and I was dealing with many on my emails to this company, but most importantly, the president of the company who was our "lighting consultant" - I do not post bad reviews lightly. I give a chance to be fair and accept responsibility, but this company failed. We wanted to support a local US business as this is very important to us, but they were not fair, just or ethical. I'm sorry to write this poor review, but it speaks the truth.
