Virg the owners came out and gave us an estimate. The estimate and afir and responsible and then gave us the "deals" additional discount. We went ahead and scheduled an date for installation. Virg should up on time and installed the window tinting. Within 3 hours he was done. He was clean and efficient. I immediately noticed the change in room temperature, rooms are a lot cooler. I am so very glad I had the tinting installed before these last few very hot days in late June.

Their service is really great. For my car window tinting they come and actually pick your car up and take it to the shop and come back and that is really good. It is just clean like I did my house windows too and they just were in and out rather quickly and it was great. They are so for so good. I would continue to use them.

Arrived on time. Gave me good advice on use of tinting. I left for work and left him to it. I came home to find a great job on the tinting and he had locked up behind himself. A great guy who deserves your business.

It was such a pleasure doing business with Virgil and Superior Window Solutions that I think other companies should strive to compare. The quality of his product lines, the level of professionalism and the absolute, over-the-top customer service that he and SWS provided could not have been better. This experience was just as great as the last time. I am sold on this company and recommend them to everybody! He is definitely not the cheapest but is absolutely the best value! Their slogan "The Superior Choice!" actually fits them!

First we scheduled an appointment for Virgil to come out and give me an estimate. He was punctual despite the fact that I requested a 7:00 a.m. appointment and he had to drive an hour to get to my home. I explained what I wanted and he explained the types of tinting and what each one would accomplish, in a very professional manner. I chose what I felt would suit my needs and I was very pleased not to be pressured into buying something more expensive. He measured the windows, which were within the Angie's List purchase price and I had him add two more windows to the scope of work. Virgil, himself, came back about a month later and did the installation. Again, he was punctual, very professional and courteous. He took care to make sure he did not dirty or damage anything in the areas he worked and took all the trash with him. I have not had a chance to be home to see if the sunset does not blind me, which is why I had the windows treated, but even at night I can see much clearer than before. The work was done expertly. I cannot tell the windows had the film applied, even at the edges. It was an absolute pleasure working with Virgil. He was courteous, respectful and friendly. I plan to have him tint a few more windows. I wouldn't hesistate to recommend him to anyone.

Virgil responded immediately via phone to our purchase of his offer on Angies List. We agreed on a time to meet him at our house. He arrived on time, presented his products and thoroughly answered our questions. He was very personable and knowledgeable. We agreed on an installation time and date which were later moved forward due to a cancellation. He arrived and installed the tinting during the agreed upon time window. We are very satisfied with his service and would recommend him to anyone considering window tinting.

I called Superior Window Solutions to determine if they could apply an opaque adhesive film to my bathroom window to result in a "sand-blasted" effect. We arranged a time when they could come to do the job. I subsequently re-arranged the time due to a conflict (and they accomodated this change). They turned up and did the job. Half way through, I checked to see if the "look" was the one I had in mind. Not only was it what I had in mind, but it was very precisely executed. After the film was fitted to the window, SWS cleaned up the bathroom (cleaner than it was when they arrived). I payed the check (the agreed-upon price) and they left. I was a satisfied customer.

I called Superior Window Solutions for a window tinting treatment quote for a few windows in my home as I was experiencing too much heat and glare. Virgil Ryan, (the owner/operator) answered the call and was able to answer all of my initial questions easily, accurately and confidently. This guy really knows his product and industry! He was then able to schedule a no cost / no obligation in-home consultation for within the week. When the day came for the visit, he was very prompt and professional from the very start. He brought various samples and product information with him and was able to illustrate how the window film would help and what to expect during and after the process. It was quite a lot of information, however, he was very patient and helpful in helping me to fully understand the product and investment. He spent about two hours with me measuring the windows I was concerned about and then kindly proceeded to measure the remaining windows so that I would get a full and comprehensive bid. He broke the cost down to every room like a menu for selection of what I wanted or didn't want. When he finished, he simply asked if I had any other questions! It was amazing, he never even tried to "sell" or "close" or pressure me into anything unlike a couple of the other company representatives that showed up later! I am always a skeptic when it comes to customer service, and I was completely blown away by the professionalism and courtesy extended to my by Superior Window Solutions and it's owner! Needless to say, after a kind (and once again very professional) follow-up about a week later by Mr. Ryan, I awarded Superior Window the job. The day for the installation arrived and once again he was on time and fully prepared. The installation went very smoothly and I could not have been happier with the care that they took in protecting my furnishings and decor during and after completion. They even finished ahead of schedule! Once the film was applied to the glass I could immediately see and feel the difference and the temperature and glare...it was wonderful!! The film seemed to disappear as if it was always there except it was now much more comfortable and inviting in the areas I had treated. The affect was so pleasant that I then asked if they had time or any more of the film to do a few of the other windows in the house. They happily said "No problem Mrs. Vollrath, we would be happy to! We always try to allow for more time and bring extra film just in case this happens, as this does happen all the time!" They did the rest of what I wanted, and then cleaned up nicely. My home looked better than when they got there! In conclusion, this was one of the most pleasant experiences I have ever had with any service provider and I have and will always recommend Superior Window Solutions to everyone I know!
