I purchased two hours of house cleaning (first visit rate of $50). The two housecleaners arrived on time, in fact called to see if they could come a little early, which was fine. They were polite, thorough, and completed the cleaning with a minimum of fuss and little or no noise. Iwas working in my office the entire time and was not overly distracted. Our housekeeper of 12 years was recovering from surgery so I needed this agency only one time. I was completely satisfied with the services. A very good value for the cost.

On time, and on target. Nice folks.

Contacted Supermaids on Monday and they performed work on Wednesday. Everything was awesome from the initial phone call to work being performed. They went above and beyond to work around my schedule and did a great job! I will be using them in the future fo' sho'!!!

Phoned to confirm appointment. Showed up on time, did their job thoroughly, left promptly. I am happy with their work. Would do business again.

After reviewing the reviews of this company and seeing that they had an offer in the price range I was interested, I called to ask how much would it be to clean a "studio" since the 2-hour for $50 covered a bunch of stuff the condo didn't have (e.g. bedroom, patio door, etc.) . . . I was sorely disappointed in their response. They said they've never done a studio before. I told them that the tenant had only been in there 7 months and the place was pristine, but I wanted to do a cleaning for the next tenant. I needed to have the "self-cleaning" oven cleaned ($30 more!) and the refrigerator cleaned ($10 more!). Since those are the only two appliances in the place, and it is pretty clean to begin with . . . the guy on the phone felt he needed to call his boss. The guy called me back and said it would be $80 for the 2 hours. I asked that if the entire place is only 500 sq. ft. and they didn't do the 2 appliances . . . . what would they do for 2 hours ? ? ? Seems that because its a "move out" . . . I do not qualify for the "Angie's List special" and am basically penalized . . . how lame! Decided to look for some other company that wants my business.

The women who have come to my house have been pleasan, professional, and efficient, and they are really nice to my dogs!

Easy to schedule. We were notified just prior to our appointment time that the provider was having car troubles, and requested to reschedule. Problematic, because this cleaning was scheduled to occur two hours prior to carpet cleaning before a check-out inspection for a rental house. The provider worked through the transportation issues, and arrived about 90 minutes late, but they were in top form once on the job. The carpet cleaner was late, and when they arrived, they carefully worked around the house cleaners. Everything worked-out fine, and we were very satisfied with the quality of the results. It was a great deal for $50.

AMAZING job, truly professional, hard working, polite and courteous. Completely trustworthy a and do a fantastic job each and everytime. I came across them on an Angies List deal of the week. The best deal I've done so far.

My wife was out of town for the weekend and, when my weekend plans fell through Friday morning, I called Carla to see if I could get a surprise housecleaning on Saturday. Maria and Margarita made it here on time at 2:00pm and cleaned like crazy for 2 hours. They were good about cleaning my older son's room first because he had to dress for an outing that night. Dog hair had built up in the corners and crevices around the house for quite a while and they got it all on the hardwood as well as the rugs. The tub was brilliant, sinks spotless, countertops scrubbed down. I tipped them both really well and you should too. When my wife came home I tried to play it off like the boys and I had done it but she figured it out in about 2 minutes. And she loved it.

They worked late to get the work done, having squeezed me into their schedule.

They were okay and then they kind of lost track. They never showed and they tried to recover. We are moving to someone else now.

We used the coupon that was at that time available on Angie's list, so received a thorough cleaning for $50 rather than the un-couponed $95. We will continue to use this service and are very pleased with their work, and with Angie's List for guiding us to Super Maids.

I called Super Maids after I saw their flyer they had left in my door, I called them the next day and talk to Karla she was really nice explain with detail what their promotion was about, she was really attentive of what I want it done. The day of the service the housekeepers got to my house about ten mins before my appointment they gave me the work order and start to work. They clean everything in 2 hours with out rushing at the end of the services they ask me if everything was fine. The next day Karla called me and ask me if I like the service and if I had any suggestions for them so they could do better. I had a great experience.
