Super Maids

After an easy scheduling process via email through Angie's list, two women arrived on time and did what I asked them to in terms of the dusting and washing the floors. They were very polite, and hard workers and did a very nice job. The house sparkled. I would definitely hire Super Maids again.

It went well. Dusting could have been a bit better in the bedrooms but everything good otherwise.

They got here right on time and went strait to work. They did a very detailed job on the entire house and they brought all the supplies that was required. I am really happy with the results. I would recommend this company.

Their vacuum cleaner left something to be desired. If I had them back, I would ask them to use my vacuum. They were very pleasant and quiet and just did their work.

The ladies do a really good job. They are punctual and friendly, and hard working. I would recommend Super Maids to anyone.

I purchased a Big Deal for 2 cleaners for 2 hours for $45. We got off to kind of a rocky start. After waiting 45 minutes and no one showed, I called and left messages. My calls were finally returned a few hrs later. The mgr. said she had mistakenly scheduled me for the following week, and she didn't call back right away because she was in the field covering for an employee who was out on an emergency. She didn't get my messages until she got back to the office. But she made up for the miscommunication by sending 2 women out in the late afternoon the same day. They were on time with their own supplies and equipment. They worked with precision and speed, were thorough and professional. I have a small house that hadn't been cleaned in awhile and 2 cats, yet they finished in 2 hrs and met all my expectations. When they finished, they asked me to review their work for satisfaction. I had a clean house with no cat hair, and I was very happy! I have used Super Maids twice since then ( 3x altogether), and the same 2 cleaning ladies (I'm sorry I don't remember their names) came each time. The price went up from $45 for the BigDeal special to $60 regular price, which I think is a fair price. They have been punctual, thorough, quick, and are accommodating with professional attitudes. I will call on Super Maids again and I would definitely recommend their services.

That worked out OK. Super Maids provided the service very quickly after I called them, I mean, they were excellent as far as the response, high quality service. The cleaning turned out Excellent.

Setting up the appointment went smoothly. When the day for cleaning arrived, no cleaners appeared. When I phoned Super Maids 619 number, I received a message that the "voicemail had not been set up." When I phoned the 800 number, someone answered. She told me that the cleaners were "running late," and that she had not been notified. (She had not called me, of course.) When I asked how late, she had no answer, but said she would check. She phoned later to tell me that they would arrive at 10:30 AM (probably), fully one and one-half hours after the agreed time. I cancelled at that point. My experience: the agency is unreliable and could not be bothered to keep me informed of the situation.

Things looked nice on the surface. I noticed that small appliances in the kitchen were not moved for cleaning. They did what they could in the 2 hours allotted.

First the good news: A crew of 3 came to clean and were on time and very pleasant. They finished in less than 2 hours. Now for the bad--It looks that way! The kitchen sink had NOT been scrubbed (food particles and scratches). There was a big dirt spot on the tile in dining area. They might have vacuumed but superficially because I moved a chair and there were crumbs underneath and lint everywhere. Upstairs, they cleaned the 2 bathroom sinks but the toliets were not scrubbed very well (one was visibly NOT clean). They left the bath mats down so when you pick them up, underneath the porcelain is dirty!) I called and complained and they returned my call right away to say I would get a full refund. However, I will never use Super Maids again--I would suggest you look elsewhere, too. (btw, I even left them a $10 tip thinking they would work extra hard--lol!) :

Nobody called me back - No service!

It was great. It seems like they did a very thorough job. Everything was clean. I called them to schedule the appointment and nobody answered but then they did call me back a day later.

Super Maids are okay, they were one hour late but they did more work for me to compensate the late arrival. I did pay them a little extra because although they said they were doing the extra for coming late, I didn't want them to do it for nothing. The work was okay.

The service was excellent. I left a key for them as I choose not to be there during cleaning. I find the service to be completely trust worthy and very excellent at their job. This is the second time I've used the service and would highly recommend them. The price is very fair as well. I have nothing but good things to report. Love coming home to a clean home.

I used the first-time promotion coupon which was $50. The cleaners arrived with all the equipment just a tad after the scheduled time. But Carla, the proprietor, called to let me know they would be a bit late, asked if that was fine, or if I wanted to re-schedule. The two ladies, Ida and Elisabeth, wanted to know if there was anything special to be done; I showed them the house, and they went to work. They were very efficient, quiet (I was working in the study), and cleaned everthing beautifully. The cleaning took about two hours, and they requested that I check to see if all was satisfactory, and I asked if they had cleaned the glass patio doors. They hadn't and did so before they left. I will use this company again. Excellent service.

Great. There were 2 nice ladies, 1 paid great attention to detail and the other so so. You can request the same people back if you like the job. They brought their own supplies and used some of mine I like for the wood floors.

I purchased the $50 for cleaning services. A team of 2 arrived and they did a wonderful job on my home. I would consider using them on an on going basis.

The are flexible in working with you for a appointment time and arrive on time.

They arrived late, 2pm instead of the scheduled 11-11:30 due to scheduling problems with their computer system. I asked them to clean the blinds in our 2,100 sq. ft. house. They did a great job.

I ask for a basic cleaning of my home with a few exceptions. They did exactly what I wanted. I actually left them the key to my home and was very happy when I returned. I would absolutely recommend!!

They were nice. They work very efficiently. They started upstairs and worked their way down. They were vary personable. There were some minor things that did not get done, probably because they did not have enough time. Overall, they were very good.

Super Maids did a fantastic job. The place was spotless when they were finished. They even unclogged our shower drain- thought we were going to have to get a plumber for the job. Will plan on using them on a monthly basis to help maintain our place.

The two cleaning ladies arrived on time (actually early), did a wonderful job, were very professional, and really made the place sparkle. They both worked hard for three hours. I "helped" the first hour until they very politely told me that I should sit and take it easy. I think I was disrupting their routine, so I took their advice. We received the first time special price and paid a bit extra to have the inside of the fridge cleaned. Excellent value for the money and would have been worth it at an even higher price. Will definitely use them again if the need arises. The only minor hiccup was that I asked for a receipt but they couldn't provide it onsite, and a follow-up email with the receipt never arrived. But it turned out not to be needed after all, or I would have followed up on it further.

Aida and Margarita show up right on time. We have a child with special need and don't have much time to spend cleaning the house, so it was in dirty "shape" in the 2 hours they did much more work than I expected to be done and did a great job. I already schedule another visit.
