 + -1 moreThey have given us an estimate for the service so far. I was able to sit down with the president and he was very informative. He had a lot of good suggestions. The system is for the entire home. They were happy to take the time to explain all of the details. Other companies were not as happy to do such and not as informative. They are supposed to be installing the system in the next couple weeks. I have even recommend them to 3 other friends.
Description of Work: We are having them install an entire solar system with panels.

Description of Work: We interviewed over a dozen solar panel installers. Suncraft Solar made it to the top of our list and we would have signed a contract with them. The salesman Alex was extremely professional. Because we did a lot of due diligence/research of our options we spent a great deal of time understanding how their work would affect our roof warranty. Just a few hours prior to meeting with us to sign the contract and pick up a deposit, they increased the price quoted due to our roof type. I don't know what would have happened if we had not done our due diligence. Perhaps part way through the installation they would have increased the price or perhaps they would have lost money on our project. It's hard to tell. In the end the new numbers didn't fit our budget so we went with another installer. I would still recommend homeowners include Suncraft Solar when interviewing solar panel installers.

 + -1 moreAll went great. Tom and his crew installed a and quot;kick a**and quot; solar system that is generating even more power than he predicted. Was careful in planning and design and very competitive in pricing. Took a while to get SunPower to deliver the racks then panels but Suncraft did great job coordinating the project and helping to get it done on budget and as quickly as possible. I am only sorry that I did not contact them earlier to have Tom put a system up for me years ago! Trying to get my neighbors to and quot;get with the programand quot; and have Suncraft Solar/Tom Holbrook build a system for them too!
