They did not meet their promised installation date because of backorder of the panels, but when they did do the installation, it was quick and professional.

Description of Work: Sullivan Solar stayed in contact throughout the installation. They were very professional, and we couldn't be any happier with our solar panels system. Watching our meter going backwards is an awesome sight. With the federal government rebate, we will break even from the cost in 4 years 8 months. After that time, our electric bill will still be zero! This is a great investment. If you are considering solar for your home, do you homework like I did. Description of Work: I researched many solar companies before going with Sullivan. I wanted a company with a long track record (so I'd be more certain they would be around to honor their promises), lots of new and past installs, and a clean record (BBB, background, clients). Sullivan met all of these requirement and I have been extremely happy with the system they installed. Installation was on-time, exactly the way they said it would happen, and no hassles along the way. All of the people involved were very professional. I would highly recommend this company for solar installs.

Description of Work: Provided and installed 16 Sunpower solar panels on our tile roof (4654 watts AC rating). Also provided and installed an SMA inverter and a web-based monitoring system. I was impressed by the professionalism of all the sales and installation staff. They completed the project on schedule with no surprises. Quality of the proposal was high, as was the responsiveness of the project leader. A solid recommendation for their superior work!
