Description of Work: Sullivan provided an estimate for our home as requested. They were professional, prompt, and responsive to questions. We decided to go with another provider, which offered a smaller, more cost effective, system that will better meet our objectives. There was no fee for their estimate.

Description of Work: Provided estimate for procurement and installation of 5KW PV solar system on my roof. Estimator was prompt, polite, and professional and provided a very competitive estimate. Unfortunately we went with another contractor who came in at a slightly better value. Final decision was made when sales rep did not verify same-as-cash loan for federal tax credit offered by other companies. Found out from another rep at Sullivan that this was in fact offered by them, but after we had signed on with another company.

Description of Work: Very pleased with Sullivan Solar, not the cheapest but they've been in business for awhile something other solar companies can't say. Only experienced one small hiccup and that was resolved quickly. Very pleased with the finish product and happy not to be paying SDG&E for my electricity.

Description of Work: Excellent company to deal with from start to finish. Professional in every way. Service and installation are the best I've ever used. Would not hesitate to call them again for any additional solar needs.

Description of Work: Installed a large Solar PV system. Everything was excellent and they even came back when we had a leak several months later that I thought was coming from where the panels were installed on the roof turned out not to from their installation. But they fixed it anyway at no charge. We are saying a bunch of money on our electric.

Description of Work: Bowie came and assessed our needs and explained very clearly what he recommended, and how everything would work. I was very impressed with his presentation. I had already spoken to two other companies and decided to go with Sullivan. Everything was very smooth from that point on. The crew that came and installed the panels were very professional and kept the aesthetics a high priority. Rick was in charge of the installation and Tara did the follow-up. The system was installed even sooner than was originally promised, which worked out great considering the point our remodel was at in terms of roofing, etc. I could not be more pleased with my experience with Sullivan Solar.

Description of Work: The interview process was smooth. I was impressed with the monitoring service and the fact that Matt went on the roof and took measurements for the panel layout. No other solar company was as thorough as Sullivan. I also like that they employ union electricians, I know they go through a rigorous training program to receive their qualifications.

Description of Work: We were presented with a thorough analysis of our electricity needs along with a binder of information about our home. We asked about different ways to finance this project. All of them made sense, but in the end we decided to not get solar because we just don't use enough electricity to warrant getting the panels.

Description of Work: They will be installing 28 solar panels for me. We are waiting for approvals from the city. So far, they have been very professional.

Description of Work: They installed 32 Sun Power modules on the roof, a Sun Power Inverter, and a web monitoring system. They provided the required electrical work, completed all necessary inspections and paperwork for net metering with the utility company, and provided a 10-year warranty on the system installation and a 10-year warranty on the inverter. They will monitor production for 25 years. They also completed all required rebate paperwork.
