It went smoothly and efficiently

We had a very bad experience with this company. They ran out of furniture pads prior to the completion of loading our furniture onto their truck. Instead of addressing the problem, they continued to stack the remaining furniture without pads. Four pieces of furniture were damaged. One piece was damaged so badly that they took it with them for repairs. Their office said they would either repair or replace the item within one week. It has now been several weeks and we have heard nothing back from them.

Student Movers came to my third floor, stairs only, two bedroom apartment and packed everything in boxes and took them to my storage unit. The storage unit was on the second floor, and the elevator took forever, but despite these logistical annoyances, they performed very well. They were as fast as they could be, took great care with my belongings, and came to me to point out something that was broken / damaged BEFORE they packed it, so I would have no surprises. They had a pleasant attitude throughout the day. I was concerned that a non-traditional moving service wouldn't be as good, but these guys were just fine.

Nothing was broken and we got everything alright. Everything was OK, but the crew was not to my satisfaction.

We use a 4 man crew, which worked out very well. The crew was courteous and hard-working and appeared to work well together. They looked like they had worked together before. The workers were all full-time employees, not just part-time guys pulled off the street.

Price went up after they were done, and there was no reason for it. They had less work than when I originally got quoted. They took almost a two hour lunch break.

We had an overall positive experience. They are prompt and efficient. Slight damage was done to a refrigerator, and this was repaired quickly without any conflict.

I THINK OVERALL THEY WERE FINE. BETTER THAN A PREVIOUS COMPANY I HAVE USED. THE PEOPLE IN THE OFFICE WERE GREAT AND THE MOVERS WERE GOOD. JUST SOME YOUNG KIDS, SOMETIMES YOU WONDER IF THEY MOVE SLOW ON PURPOSE, SINCE THEY ARE PAID BY THE HOUR.

THEY SUPPLIED 4 WORKERS AND EVERYTHING HAD TO COME DOWN A SINGLE ELEVATOR IN THE BLDG. THEY DID AN EXCELLENT JOB AND WERE VERY COURTEOUS TO THE OTHER OWNERS IN THE BLDG.
