I have used Stu's Carpet Cleaning twice a year for several years. Stu and Tim are always professional, thorough, and friendly. They do top-notch cleaning and never fail to change my home from feeling grungy to sparkly clean. I highly recommend them!

Stu's Carpet Clean were punctual and they did a great job. They were polite and their price was lower than another Service Provider I had used. They took about an hour, which was good.

I called on Monday before New Year and left a message at 2 different places, one being Stu's based on feedback from Angie's List as well as Yelp. Tim Allen of Stu's was the first to return my call, within an hour or so. He was very friendly and gave me an estimate over the phone about what to expect with the pet stains (cat puke that I had attempted months ago to clean up using Windex - don't do it.) Tim assured me the products they use are non-toxic (orange based). We have 4 cats, so I was very concerned about that. He warned me that no matter what they used on a pet stain, there is the possibility it won't completely come out, particularly on off-white carpet. Tim arrived on-time and was very professional and seemed genuinely happy to have my business. He quickly assessed the task and brought his hoses into the house and hooked up to our exterior hose bib. It was one of those systems that brought the clean steam in and the dirty water out through a long 6 inch diameter blue hose and back out to his van. I like those systems better than the ones that bring some big machine into your house. It's also fairly quiet when running. He used protective cones around corners where the hose might scratch the wall corners and was very aware of any debris he was leaving behind, cleaning it up as he went. He began upstairs with the carpets and worked his way down the stairs into the den where he did the couch first and the carpet last. The cat stains came out somewhat, but not entirely. He explained that I should never use a commercial cleaning product like windex on a stain, that I should always just use club soda and a clean towel to blot. Next time, I will (plus I will never again have white-ish carpet with 4 cats). He set up my fans in all rooms and explained not to open the windows since it was actually drier inside with the heat on this time of year than it is outside. Everything looks and smells wonderful! He did a great job and I'm very happy with the outcome. Everything was dry within about 6 hours like he said and we can now enjoy our clean carpets and couch. He initially quoted me $220 on the phone, but charged me only $200.00 since he said it wasn't quite as big a job as he originally thought it would be. On the way out, he even steam cleaned the large outdoor mat on our front porch which has never looked better. Overall, a very pleasant experience!

They responded right away to my inquiry and they arrived on time. They did excellent work and got out all the old stains. I thought the price was fair and they provide excellent service.
