Description of Work: Recently went with a friend to replace a blown rear speaker. The person behind the counter initially estimated the work to take between 2-3.5 hours. We arrived and paid for the work around 1:30pm and waited around for a good while, because we basically had no choice. I did notice that the business was particularly busy that day. When the promised time came around and saw that our car was not being worked on, we decided to ask on the progress, if any. The man behind the counter informed us that it was going to take another 1.5 hours, making the new "promised" completion time at 5:30pm. After a conversation of mostly urgent matter, a technician finally gets to our car. Not even 5 mins into the tech's review inside the trunk, the man that kept delaying the completion time had bore bad news. He indicated that our car cannot be worked on today because the tech must disassemble the rear shelf to get to the blown speaker, which takes at least 2 hours. So, in conclusion, we waited around like idiots for almost 4 hours for nothing. No work was done. To make it worse, we tried asking for a refund in the midst of the ordeal, and the man that charged us points on the receipt where it states in 1 sized font, "No refunds". I couldn't comprehend on how the business was unable to refund money that was not utilized in the work that was supposed to be done. The icing on the cake was requiring us to show up another day to complete work that we already paid for and waited all day for. Absolutely horrendous service and professionalism.
