They were very good. I'm allergic to some things but I didn't have any reaction to anything they used.

The crew that I had was professional and courteous. The quality was fine and they were reasonably priced.

I have tried others in the past but Stanley Steemer is always the best. The price is reasonable, the work came out nice, they showed up on time and did the work, I am very happy.

The finished product worked out well. Called after cleaning because the carpet wrinkled up. They reassured me that the carpet would return to normal state and it did. They did a good job and took care of my furniture.

The technicians arrived on time, dressed in clean uniforms, were very professional. They explained what they were going to do. More than once, as the work progressed, they had us check the quality of the work. The effect of their cleaning was so dramatic. The only time the carpet looked better was the day it was installed. We had never used this company before. Now it is the only company we will use and recommend.

I had already moved all my furniture when my other carpet cleaners canceled on me with car trouble in the morning. I couldn't leave all my furniture as it was over the weekend, so I called Stanley Steamer and they said they could come the same day! I was thrilled and willing to pay a little extra for their availability. I was given the option of picking up the Persian rug the following week or having it delivered. I appreciated having the option to save the $25 delivery fee, so I picked it up myself. Everyone I dealt with was very courteous and communicated clearly. I will call them again next time.

I was quoted $330 over the phone. They were fine, but were higher than the other company, I received a quote from. I called 3 companies and they were in the middle. I probably may not use them as I may get back to the other company that did the job.

They did a very good job. They were professional, they were efficient, and I was very pleased with them. They have specials so I think the price is fine.

Stanley Steamer crew was on time, professional, and did a great job on the cleaning. The cleaning was thorough and the crew ensured that remaining dog hair (and there was plenty of it) was removed after the wet cleaning. I have used other cleaners in the past to avoid the slightly higher cost, but given the service, value was still very good.

The first time they came out, it went well; the second time, it didn't go as well, and I wasn't satisfied.

The crew called me and asked if they could show up a little early, which was fine by me. They moved the smaller furniture around for access to the carpet, and began the truck mounted steam cleaning. The cleaning removed all of the stains except for a burn mark. They then applied the protectant. Afterwards, they provided me with several bootys to put over our shoes so the carpet would not get dirty while it was still wet. They also provided me with a spray cleaning solution for any future spots. They were very professional, and did not try to upsell me on any other services.

Their price was way too much but I don't remember the amount. The work they did was okay. The house was two years old but we had the carpet clean several times. There were couple of roughly areas that were not spotlessly clean but they really made an effort to clean it. Overall I had positive experience with them. The quality of work was okay. The traffic areas were not able to be looking any better. I will recommend them.

These guys are consistently excellent year after year. Easy to schedule, punctual, professional and do great work.

The workers called on their way over to the house and arrived on time for the job. Two workers came in and had all three carpets cleaned in less than one hour. They were extremely professional and left the place spotless. This is the second time I have used Stanley Steemer and I would definitely use them again.

The guys did a very professional job and were careful not to damage furniture, walls, etc. with their equipment. The carpets looked fantastic when they were done, just like brand new.

Arrived on time, were professional, worked quickly, and did a fantastic job. Just make sure when you place order that every item you need is included, be it stairs, closets, entry. Will use them again.

They were excellent, but they were expensive overall. I had them come in and clean the carpets in the master bedroom as well as the attached master bathroom. The carpets are fairly large and are 9?x12?. They cleaned the carpets in the hall that connects 4 bedrooms and then to the front door. I also had them clean the family room carpets which are 10?x14? and the family room couch as well as the recliner chair. Their responsiveness was very good, as they checked with me very carefully on what I was doing and pointed out any areas that needed to be cleaned. There was one spot in the family room that they couldn?t clean well and I didn?t see it first. They made sure that I understood what they were doing and also told me as to for how long I should be careful. They gave me booties to walk over the carpets. It was the second time that I used their services.

They did good work and they were excellent. The quality of work they did was good and they were very clean. They were cheaper than the other companies I checked on. They were responsive and were good overall.

I think they are very professional, they take time to do a good job. They covered there shoes. They made sure to not bring more dirt in than they took out. They couldn't get a few spots out because they dyed the carpet.

Everything went really great. They did a good job. I was very pleased with the work. It only took them about an hour and a half to get all of the work done, and thats not bad at all. I would use them again in the future, and I would recommend them to others as well.
