From first phone contact to completion of job it was very easy and pleasant. The job was very well done. The crew was very courteous and careful of furniture etc. I'm very satisfied.

They were very efficient, pleasant, and punctual. They did an overall good job.

They did an excellent job. They arrived within the scheduled time window and also called when they were on their way to our home. They were able to remove some very heavy soiled spots. They moved all small furniture to clean underneath and also moved a large chest at my request

Stanley Steemer did a very good job. The carpet dried quite quickly and it was very clean. We had a very dirty carpet and we didn't realize it and after they had finished, it looked very good. The people were very friendly, hardworking and wanted to do a good job.

The Stanley Steemer Team of Andrew and Jose, arrived right on time and were polite and friendly from the beginning. They helped me move some items from the floor that were too heavy for me to do alone. Then they went right to work and did a fantastic job. Andrew called me into the first room before Jose was through to show me the difference . It was unbelievable! I took a photo to serve as a reminder.

It was great . The guys who came were courteous and efficient and very pleasant to deal with. They were on time too. The bathrooms look amazin and I will certainly use them again. In fact I am going to call and get some wood floors re fininished.

I had seen STANLEY STEEMER a few times on TV commercials and Angieslist.com. They made it sound very professional. STANLEY STEEMER will not back up their work when they screw up. STANLEY STEEMER stained our carpet and they don't want to take responsibility . Here is what happend. When Andre Johnson and Eddie Premsri showed up in our home they introduced themselves and were very polite. We talked for a few minutes and agreed on what we wanted cleaned. Andre and Eddie did a walk through of the house and looked at the carpet and everything that was going to get cleaned. Please note: on their TECHNICIAN CARPET ANALYSIS they noted, "EW- Excessive wear or fiber breakdown hallway and dr. TP- Traffic pattern due to carpet pile loss resilience throughout." No where on THE TECHNICIAN CARPET ANALYSIS did Andre or Eddie note that there were carpet stains on any areas that they were about to clean. I contacted STANLEY STEEMER on Nov 16 and explained the problem we had with our carpet. The young lady on the phone was very nice and told me that they were going to send someone to look at our carpet and see what I was talking about. On Nov 19 two young men came and looked at our carpet and they said, "Yes, there are stains all over the carpet." Shortly after, they took pictures to show their supervisor and told me that someone was going to call me in about three days. Well, on Nov 20, RYAN, I'm assuming their supervisor, did call me and tried to tell me that they weren't responsible for the stains because the stains were already there. I have their own TECHNICIAN CARPET ANALYSIS, there were no stains before they cleaned our carpet. The stains appeared AFTER they cleaned our carpet and STANLEY STEEMER is responsible for the stains on our carpet, but they don't want to accept responsibility for their mistake. I told RYAN that we didn't have any stains in our carpet before STANLEY STEEMER cleaned our carpet. After a few minutes on the phone with RYAN he told me that he was going to talk to his two guys (Andre and Eddie) and that he was going to call me back the next day which was Nov 21. Today is Nov 23 and I'm still waiting for his call, not very professional as you can see. We, will never recommend STANLEY STEEMER to anyone! On the contrary, we will tell everyone we know to use any other carpet cleaning service and never to use STANLEY STEEMER because they refuse to accept responsibility for their mistake and make the situation right. The bottom line is, DO NOT USE STANLEY STEEMER because when they screw up STANLEY STEEMER WILL NOT take responsibility for their work.

Mssrs. Nelson and Hujear arrived ontime and ready to go to work! I was extremely pleased and grateful for their professional attitude and high quality of work. Everything was planned and executed flawlessly. I will definitely use Stanley Steemer again and especially request these fine young men return to complete the work. Thank you!

It was a last minute decision to get our carpet cleaned. Called Stanley Steemer on Thursday and they were able to provide service on Saturday morning. Sal and his partner, Mr. White, arrived on time, and got straight to work. They were careful and did a great job. They pre-treated stained and worn areas, and set reasonable expectations about what they could (and could not) accomplish. They were in and out in about 2 hours, and though the weather was warm and humid the carpet was dry within 48 hours. I couldn't have asked for more.

Team arrived at the scheduled time, called before arrival. They went about their work in a professional and workmanlike manor. The carpet is about 10 years old and badly faded, but it came out looking really good. I forgot to mention doing the stairs on my original contact, but they were able to accomodate after quoting me the rate. Extra $50. They protected the furniture including using blocks to raise the wooden legs. After the steam cleaning the team raked the carpet to facilitate drying and most was dried by that evening. They even provided some booties to put over our shoes so we can walk on the freshly cleaned areas.

I was impressed with their service. They were very responsive, they came out the next day, but they were half an hour late. I would recommend them.

I had a couple stains that they couldn't get out. I'm going to try someone else next time. The price was right, but I would rather pay more to get them cleaned better.

I thought that they got the carpets and the tile floors very clean. The guy that did the work was courteous and on time. I did it online and I didn't talk to an actual person. They had a problem with what they counted as my kitchen and what I considered my kitchen. They wanted to charge me $50 extra dollars for my kitchen and what they considered a nook. They offered other services for my bathrooms that I didn't want because I was on a budget. I almost kicked them out of my house because they kept trying to up sell me. They then called the office manager and they agreed to do it for what we agreed for online.

The crew arrived on time. Went to work cleaning the areas and took great care in protecting the furniture. From lifting, pushing replacing the furniture. We have high grade, thick carpet. The two guys worked very hard and they worked well together. Edgar M. and Everett W. did a fantastic job. They gave us tips and a brochure on how to care for our carpet and left us with some spot cleaner for quick clean ups. Everything was done in a timely and professional manner. Our carpet looks great! We would definitely have them out again.

Been using Stanley Steamer for a while. I like the job they do. They usually can get out most stains in dirty carpet. (obviously not a bleach or wine stain but dirt and most everything else.) I continue to use them for my home and rentals. My only hesitation is the price is fairly high. This last time, I used them to clean tile and grout in a rental that seemed like it never had been cleaned. The grout was black, the floor was sticky even after a mopping. Stanley Steamer gave a demonstration of their tile and grout cleaning. It was pretty amazing. They have a special solution, which they use, and then they get on their hands and knees and scrub. That may be the best money spent on their services! The flooring, specifically the tiles was like night and day. If you don't mind paying, they do get the job done.

Cleaners arrived on time and left a bag of supplies. As stated above, they did not clean behind or under a few pieces of furniture (desk, beds) and did not move them or make an attempt to move them.

I've used at least 3 carpet cleaners and they are the best. They send out 2 guys and they protect your home. If you are not satisfied they will come back to correct it. They often have discounts and offer same day service.

Stanley Steamer is very good at what they do. They are punctual, polite and do a very good job.

.I thought they did a really good job. They showed up when they were suppose to, they were efficient, it didn't take them long, they cleaned up behind themselves and everything was very clean. It was a good overall experience.
