When they did it, they left the carpet so wet that when it dried a used a whole role of paper towels trying to sock up the areas that were very very wet and the water that was socked up was dirty water so they hadn't gone over it enough. But I did call them and the customer service people were very nice about and they were gonna send somebody to do it all over again but it so happened that a couple of days later I had a bad fall outside and I couldn't have anybody . They were nice about it I will just go ahead and give them one more chance and next time when I called them, I told them that I did not want that same person back in here again. Their customer service is very responsive, if you got a complain, they're willing to come back out and redo the whole thing.

It went great. I was happy with all of their services.

The re-staining came back a couple of weeks later. I don't think it can come out just from the dust; we need to refurbish it because it has been a long time. It was good.

Very well. The men worked very h****** the two rugs . I had them cleaned by another company and they did a very bad job one month before I called Stanley steemer,

I’ve been using them for years. They are punctual and efficient. They cleaned everything up and they don’t leave tape around the floor or something like that. After the carpet dried, there were some little blotchy spots and they’re going to come fix it.

They sent 2 techs and did a great job. It didn't take long for them to do the job. I had used them in the past.

We really will use them again. They did a great job, they covered up their own feet, they didn't track anything or mess anything up in the house. We have hardwood floors and they were real careful with them and I appreciated that.

They did an excellent job of steam cleaning the carpet, it looked nearly new and it's several years old. They did a wonderful job cleaning the grout in the bathroom. They were unable to clean the grout in the kitchen due to problems with the grout color from the previous grout job done by someone else. They went out of their way to make sure I had a clear statement for the landlord to explain the situation and show that it wasn't my fault. Lisa and Tom O'Keefe handled that matter and I was very grateful.

I was impressed by the quality and results they achieved on our old carpet. All the pet stains were removed. I was very happy with the professionalism and courtesy of the staff who came to our house. They were early. They called before they arrived. They moved some small furniture which was a real help. The job was done in a good amount of time without a lot of disruption to our household. I would definitely use Stanley Steemer again even though they are a little pricey. But I guess you get what you pay for!

I've always had very capable, nice young men and they do a good job.

I called to see when they could come out & booked an appointment for two days later. They arrived on time, gave me an estimate for the work to be done. Tried to interest me in additional services, which I declined, then got to work. I've used them before and will do so in the future.

What I love about Stanley Steemer is that you can always get an appointment without a long wait. They can get you in a day or two after you call in my experience. This year, we had a carpet mess right before Thanksgiving, and they were still able to show up quickly, even though the holiday was right around the corner. The workers are professional, you get what you pay for and the work is performed well.

On October 21, 2013, I scheduled an online appointment with Stanley Steemer to clean all flooring tile in my home and seal the grout with tinted sealer and clean/seal hardwood floors on lower level of my home. I was quoted a price of $960 and on the scheduled day waited at the house for my appointment. The two guys showed up at the time specified but when they arrived, indicated they were unaware they were to color seal the grout. They said that task required a different crew and not their specialty. They offered to clean the floors for me but were tentative they could get the tile clean because it is a stone tile. They telephoned their supervisor and after waiting several minutes waiting to hear what the solution would be, I telephoned the office myself. After explaining to the receptionist what the issue was, she suggested she would speak to the supervisor and someone would get back to me within a few minutes. No one returned my call an apparently told the techs to advise me they could clean today and come back Monday to seal the grout. I said no thanks because I work for a living M-F and I would find another vendor. Needless to say, I will never do business with them again.

They were friendly professional and did a fabulous job!

It was good. He was honest with me, he said he wanted to clean it and make some money but talked to him and said, see I just got a new carpet but they were alright. They were here on time.

The guys that came out were very courteous and nice. It ended up costing more than what I had been quoted and I really wasn't happy with the quality of the work.

It went great. It did not take them a long time and they moved the furniture that needed to be moved and that stuff.

Their service is very good. They are always prompt and then guys a polite. They do the work efficiently and we like their service.

They were wonderful. They came in on time. They got right to cleaning our wood floor. They did a beautiful job. He was a very nice and professional gentleman. I thought they were very reasonable in pricing.

After we had a yard/ estate sale the carpets needed cleaning again. We were pleased with Stanley Steemer from the last time so we called them back. They did a good job again so I would recommend them.

Made the appointment on the day the service was provided using the internet. appointment was verbally confirmed. Crew arrived as promised. There were thoroughly professional, neat, courteous and presentable. They worked hard even check the dye fastness of the oriental rugs prior to cleaning and verifying with their boss it was okay to proceed. They worked hard and efficiently with excellent results. Best carpet cleaning crew we have ever had.

I use them about every three months. They are very professional. They come in and do what they need to do and leave. They walk you through to check out any spot you want special attention to. When they are done, they ask you to walk through and see if everything is okay. They are very safety conscious about putting stickers on tile floors and stuff so you do not slip when you are working off the wet carpet.
