Description of Work: They steam cleaned the floor carpet in my apartment's living room/dining area, plus one fabric recliner. Carpet cleaning was satisfactory, but recliner could have used more attention, especially on the arms. Since the service persons weren't able to access my upstairs apartment with their truck-based equipment, they used a portable unit. For that there was an additional $100 charge, and I was so advised when making the appointment. However, the charge seems somewhat excessive. I did receive a welcome $20 discount for having the service done mid-week.
