I felt the quote was a little high but I was willing to pay a premium price for a very thorough job. On the first job, the crew finished within 45 minutes total (after telling me the 7 areas may take up to 20 minutes each), which surprised me. I'd expected them to be cleaning for at least over an hour. I felt it was not a sufficient amount of time to properly clean and carefully deodorize the areas. However, the carpet did turn out clean, in terms of standard dirt removal, and the crew leader was polite. When the company called for a followup I told the customer service rep how I felt about the overly fast cleaning. At first, she said there was nothing she could do other than offer a repeat cleaning (addressing certain areas), but finally she offered to have a manager call me. With the manager, I was able to work out a good compromise. I didn't want them to immediately do another cleaning as I had houseguests coming in 3 weeks and was planning to have the carpet cleaned again just prior to their arrival. Three cleanings in that time was too disruptive. So he gave me a limited-time certificate for $100, and I had 5 areas cleaned & deodorized. The second crew leader, Jason, listened to my past experience. He took extra time in letting the deodorizer penetrate, and also carefully went over the areas of concern to me. I was quite satisfied with the results. I still feel their price is a little high but will likely use them again, requesting Jason.

This was the first time I had used their services. They were good. I had an area on my carpet where the furniture had left a dent in the carpet and they did not know if they could get it up but they did. They were fast and were in and out very quickly.

It was perfect! They came when they said they would, they cleaned everything and were out in two hours and everything was nearly dry. The first time I think it was $99.00 and the second time it was $160.00. The first time I had a discount.

They did a good job. The people were very courteous and professional. They were on time and they kept to a very good schedule. They are just a little expensive but that's okay I would still use them again.

We were really impressed with their work. They are always so dependable and hard working. The price is reasonable and overall, I am pleased with the service. They do a magnificent job.

I have used them many times and they are always great. They are very professional and very clean. They do extra things to make sure there are no spots when they are finished. I would recommend them to anyone. They are a great company to work with and I am pleased with the service.

I really liked that they were on time. I had taken off from work and had other things to do that day and they got right to work. They were able to work around the sofa and they put disc under the legs of the table as not to get it wet.

I was not completely satisfied with the work that they performed. It did not seem as though they did a thorough cleaning job, so I felt that I should have not been charged as much because of the quality of work.

They did a very good job because the carpets looked great afterward, and the people who did the work were very friendly and polite. Overall, I was very pleased with them. I would highly recommend them to others.

Stanley Steemer has always been a good place to work with in the carpet cleaning category. They have technicians that show up on time, they are always pleasant and they make sure I am always satisfied with the work that is done.

Although we have used this companys services several times in the past, we will not do so again. While cleaning the carpet, one of the men knocked over a floor lamp, broke its support mechanism and gouged an antique dining table in the process. Unfortunately, using extremely poor judgment, he then propped up the lamp with a chair and did not tell anyone about the accident. Although my husband was present, the damage was not noticed until I returned home from work that evening. In addition, since several stains were still apparent in the carpet, two other men came back to spot those areas on another day and only succeeded in making the stained areas larger. The service manager was responsive when contacted about the accidental breakage/damage, and the carpet definitely looks better. overall, but we were very disappointed in the quality of the carpet cleaning work on this occasion. However, the cleaning of the leather sofa and chair was handled very well and they look great.

The Steemer got up all the dirt in the carpet and cleaned grout lines, I couldn't get clean. They also sealed the tile and grout and Teflons the carpet. They left leaving the carpet and tile looking brand new. The price was more than justified, just to clean and seal the tile (ceramic round top tile). Could never get my Scooba to do it, because the tile wasn't flat.

STANLEY STEAMER WAS QUICK TO RESPOND, THEY DID A GREAT JOB PULLING UP THE WET WOOD FLOORING, AND THEY BROUGHT IN FANS AND A HUMIDIFIER TO DRY THE WALLS AND FLOOR.

THEY DID A GOOD JOB ALTHOUGH THE PERSON DOING THE JOB WAS VERY NEGATIVE AND TOLD ME NONE OF THE SPOTS WERE GOING TO COME OUT. I GOT TIRED OF HEARING FROM HIM.

STANLEY STEAMER DID A GOOD JOB CLEANING THE CARPETS AND REMOVING THE PET ODOR. THE SPOT CLEANING WAS NOT SO GOOD. THE SPOTS ENDED UP REAPPEARING AFTER A FEW DAYS. THEY CAME BACK AND RECLEANED THE SPOTS.

STANLEY STEEMER WAS EASY TO SCHEDULE A CONVENIENT TIME. THEY WERE LATE ARRIVING. THEY WERE POLITE AND QUICK. THEY DID NOT DO A GOOD JOB ON THE TWO STAINS AND HAD TO COME BACK A SECOND TIME TO SPOT CLEAN AGAIN.

WE ARE VERY DISAPPOINTED. FIRST OF ALL, THEY WERE 4 HOURS LATE FOR OUR APPOINTMENT AND RUSHED THROUGH THE JOB, ONCE THE CARPET WAS DRIED THE DIRTY SPOTS ROSE FROM BENEATH, WE HAD TO CLEAN BY HAND.

THEY WERE HONEST BY TELLING ME THEY COULD NOT HELP WITH MY PROBLEM. THE REP ADVISED ME TO TRY A LARGER COMPANY AND DID NOT CHARGE ME FOR THE VISIT. I HAVE USED THEM BEFORE AND THEY DO A GREAT JOB.

THEY ARE THE BEST AROUND TOWN. CARPETS COME OUT BEAUTIFUL EVERY TIME. THEY ARE MORE EXPENSIVE BUT WORTH IT!

THE TECHNICIANS WERE PROFESSIONAL. THEY WERE VERY POLITE AND THEY WERE ON TIME. THERE WAS ALSO A FOLLOW-UP PHONE CALL ONE WEEK AFTER THE WORK WAS DONE TO MAKE SURE I WAS STILL SATISFIED WITH THE WORK THAT WAS DONE. TECHNICIAN'S NAME IS JASON.

IT WAS DONE VERY PROFESSIONALLY. THE CREW WAS ALL VERY FRIENDLY. THEY FINISHED THE ENTIRE JOB QUICKLY.

THEY WORKED VERY QUICKLY. THE STAINS FROM MY DOGS WERE ALL REMOVED, LEAVING SPARKLING CLEAN CARPETS! THE EMPLOYEES WORKED HARD THE WHOLE TIME AND WERE NOT IN ANY WAY LAZY OR SLOW.

EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT. WE HAD NOTHING TO COMPLAIN ABOUT.

THE WORKERS ARE PROFESSIONAL, AND THEY ALWAYS GO THROUGH THE HEAVILY USED AREAS TWICE. OUR CARPET LOOKS GREAT THANKS TO THEIR WORK. I CAN USUALLY GET THE DAY AND TIME THAT I NEED AND THEY WORK ON THE WEEKENDS WITHOUT ANY EXTRA CHARGE. THEY DO A GREAT JOB.

THE CLEANING TEAM ARRIVED A LITTLE LATE, BUT THEIR WORK WAS EXCELLENT.
