Description of Work: I called this company the same day that Excel Stone and Tile could not perform the services for my tile cleaning and carpet cleaning. They were able to schedule me within 2 days. They informed me that they would arrive between 9 - 11 am. They did not arrive until a little bit after 11 as they went to the wrong house. Adam was the lead technician and was exceptionally professional. I had my ceramic tile cleaned and the grout color sealed as well as having my carpet cleaned in the master bedroom and stairs. My tile did not require any stripping as Excel had informed me. The work took approximately 5 hours. I am very pleased about the results and the professionalism of the employees. I would not hesitate to use them again. Thank you so much.

Description of Work: Company cleaned my carpet in a walk in closet, bedroom, hallway and living room. They put out protective covers around the corners their hoses would run and put warning signs adjacent to the areas cleaned to warn of a slipping hazzard. They then worked from back to front thoroughly cleaning the carpet. They provided me with covers for my shoes to wear on the carpeted areas until they dried. Very professional and speedy service.

Description of Work: They came to clean my carpet. The work that they did was very good. They didn’t want to clean on of the carpets I have because of the material it was made out of. They said it wouldn’t dry in time. I contact the rug manufacturer to check on it and they said it would be fine. I contacted another carpet cleaner and they were able to do it for me.
