+ -1 moreSpence Concrete showed up to perform $700 of concrete pumping for Pete Stacey who sub-contracted Spence to do the work he was unable to do. Spence completed the pumping work, but needed a lot of help due to his staffing limitations. During the entire pump job he had a bad attitude and provide horrible customer service. At the end of job Spence requested/presented a $1,400 bill which was immediately rejected. It felt like I was being robbed and told him that the work was agreed to be $700. He was extremely rude, violent, and rejected the payment. Later he filed a lien on the property and filed a claim against the General Contractor bond. Eric should have gone to Pete Stacey who hired him to do the work to work out any issues. Stay away from this guy. He is and crook and big time trouble.
