Met with the owner Sheen in July, accepted his proposal which was in my budget I had set aside for the kitchen. Sheen uses a Project management portal which kept me informed on timelines, materials & budget. I work long hours, so I could ask questions, send messages & get answers right away. Even made payments online which was really convenient. Cabinets ordered & delivered 9/15. Demolition was done in a day which was amazing, expected it to take longer. They were so careful putting up barriers to contain the dust during demo, but to quote Sheen:" if dust were energy the world's woes would be over." They were so careful & cleaned up when done & hauled away all the debris. Once cabinets came the install went fairly well, had to make some adjustments with a couple of corner cabinets, end result was okay, but It was explained to me that with semi custom cabinets they make a standard size & you have to reconfigure them to the space in your kitchen . Any questions or concerns were answered quickly by Sheen or Al & resolved without any fuss. They were all great to work with & take pride in their work. For example, Juve had ordered more floor tile because he wanted the veining/color of the tile to flow right & match the layout design he had drawn on the floor. They were very patient with me as I couldn't decide on a back splash material, but once tumbled marble was ordered/ delivered, it was installed in a day by Juve who was so patient & worked with me on the layout & design as I used subway & square size tiles behind the stove. When we ran short on the back splash tile he resolved the problem by telling me we could use the left over square tiles & cut them in half, he saved me money by not having to order more. At the final walk through they did little touch up's & AL solved the problem I had getting a seamless look between the granite & stove( there was a little gap where the stove & granite didn't touch together) which turned out looking great, he's one smart cookie!! I plan to use Specialty Home Improvement again when I remodel my bathrooms. I really enjoyed working with Specialty Home Improvement, they restored my faith that there are companies out there who do quality work & are honest & have high standards & deliver what you asked & paid for!!

From the initial quote Sheen was very professional. He listened to our requirements and added suggestions. We felt as though we got the kitchen we wanted. Sheen's project manager Al was very attentive and answered all our questions and comments quickly and efficiently. The remodel took around 8 weeks, which was understandable given the size of the project and the cost was great for the service we received. Sheen also uses an online project system portal which helped us stay in touch with our selections, asking questions and getting responses and approvals for the budget. Living in a house at the same time as work is being done can be very tricky, but Sheen and his team did a great job keeping the mess to a minimum, and kept the house as livable as possible. We are very happy with the overall service from Specialty Home Improvement, very happy with the recommendation for the other service providers (cabinets, appliances, counter tops, tiles etc) and happy with the fit and finish in our remodel. We now have the house we dreamed it would be.

Professional, honest, punctual, highly skilled and overall amazing - Sheen and his team did an amazing job with our master bath remodel. Sheen and his team were an absolute pleasure to work with and we actually enjoyed having them in our house every day! We are very picky about cleanliness and have immaculate hardwood floors. Sheen and his team cleaned up every single day and worked very carefully to keep our hardwood floors free of damage. Sheen listening to everything we wanted to accomplish and made our vision become a reality. He and his team provide incredible customer service. We look forward to using them again for our next project!

The crew was punctual, cleaned up every day, and were very professional. Juve was very thorough and checked for approval on things as he went along. The bathrooms look great and we couldn't be more satisfied. We would definitely recommend Specialty Home Improvement.

The whole experience has been amazing. Sheen Fisher runs a very organized, professional, honest and efficient business. He is very organized with his scheduling, so when your job is scheduled, they are there working every day, without interruption. The quality of the work is superb. We will definetely be using Specialtiy Home Improvement for our kitchen and any other projects. It is so refreshing to find a contractor, that we know we can count on. In addition, his project manager Juve is awsome. He and Carlitos worked diligently every day. They showed up promptly each day at 730am and left at 4pm. It only took 9 days for a complete gut and bathroom remodel. I highly recommend Specialty Home Improvement.

Sheen, Juve, Carlos and the subs he used were all extremely professional and did a wonderful job. There was give and take throughout the process with Sheen suggesting some great ideas, but also being respectful and accepting of our input. We couldn't be more pleased with the end result and will definitely turn to Sheen for any future work.

We closed off the open stair design that was in place. Replaced old carpet with new carpet throughout the house. We are very satisfied with the results as well as the process from initial consultation - during work - to completion. We would absolutely use Specialty Home Improvement for future remodel projects.

The 4 week long remodel went great. Sheen and his crew were very professional and timely. We are very happy and have no complaints.

In all construction projects there are always surprises. There weren't as many in this project as in some I've had and when the did come up we always communicated and worked out the best way to deal with it. The project went very smoothly and was finished on time with no major budgetary surprises.

Sheen and his team were awesome... I absolutely love the work that they did and will hire them again and would recommend them to anyone. The bathrooms look great, they were always immediately responsive to any questions I had. Sheen and Juve were always really helpful in terms of giving me advice on how I might want to do things/what might work or not -- which I really appreciated as this was my first remodel.. Sheen came for the initial quote and knew I had a tight timeframe, got a quote back to me in one day, gave me references to check and explained to me his committment to customer service. He stressed that he understood how invasive a remodel project could be and that he works with his team to be as polite, professional and non - invasive as possible.. and that's exactly what they did. Overall it was a great experience and I'm told that not many people can say that about a remodel!

This was the second time we have hired them for a bathroom remodels. Juve and Carlos were the crew members on site and they were terrific. The owner, Sheen, is wonderful as well. Their follow up is amazing. They are willing to accommodate to anything you need, offer suggestions, clean up after themselves and are a great group to work with. The project took one week and was right on time. We have even recommended them to neighbors.

I decided to wait and told him I may use the coupon for one of my rental houses. I contacted him and I have yet to hear back.

It went great! Very happy with the service, the price, and most of all the work. They were able to work their busy schedule to meet our timeline, and their estimates for time and cost were right on. They were neat, professional, and on time.

It went great. Sheen and his team did a stellar job in completing a project we waited 12 years to start. The team was always on time and it was obvious that they were detail oriented and only wanted us to have exactly what we wanted. We enjoyed working with Sheen and his crew, they were a lot of fun and seemed to enjoy their work. They commented more than once what a great boss Sheen was. We appreciated the informed suggestions they had for certain aspects that we were unsure of, while making sure that we were happy with each stage of the project. There were some delays due to back log of orders at suppliers, but Sheen kept in touch with me so I was aware of these delays. The materials furnished by the suppliers were of top quality materials, so the delay was worthwhile in order to get this quality of merchandise. The person who installed these items, Al, was very professional and the end result is a beautiful bathroom. I am very satisfied with the work done by Sheen and his company and will not hesitate to contract him for future projects.

The service was exceptional. We really love their work. Sheen was extremely professional, very prompt in getting the quote, I have recommended him to other people who intend using his services as well. The workers were always punctual, polite, and let me know what they were going to do. They cleaned up after themselves after each day.

We had an unfortunate accident with our children?s bathroom where the toilet was leaking. The water had leaked from the toilet for weeks and eventually went through the floor into the garage below. Once I realized what happened I called Sheen, who immediately referred me to a flood recovery company that came out that evening to start the dry out process, which involved the removal of the flooring and other damaged areas in my garage. Once the dry out process was complete, Sheen was again instrumental in planning, guiding and assisting with the restoration process every step of the way. Not only did he provide superior work where the bathroom was remodeled for our current living conditions, he kept us involved every step of the way which is very important to me. We have other remodeling planned in the future and Sheen and his team will be the one to complete any and all of these upcoming projects. I can not speak highly enough of the quality and workmanship that Sheens company provides and would highly recommend him for any of your remodeling projects.

Received a quote and description of work from Sheen Fischer, detailing work to be done, time frame of work, advice about materials.Work was completed promptly, professionally, cleanly. Sheen also worked with the company doing our cabinet refacing, so that both parts of the project proceeded smoothly. That collaboration was extremely important to the success of the project. Sheen's talents in ceramic tile work are the best. I would not hesitate to use Specialty Home Improvement, Inc. again.

I chose Sheen to do the work as he had done much work for me in the past. Many years ago I had termite damage and he repaired the damage to the fascia boards and painted all the trim. A couple of years later I had him pain the stucco for me. He has also painted the inside of my home. A couple of years ago he remodeled my master bath. I have been very pleased with the work he has done for me. Work started the end of January/beginning of February. The demolition and grading went well, with some delays because of rain. The subcontractor who did the concrete work did excellent work and the new apron and sidewalk add a "touch of class" to the front yard. Framing started on February 14. The on site contractor and his helpers have been doing an excellent job. The second coat of stucco has been applied. The electrical contractor who installed the new panel was very efficient. The skylights, roof, window and back door have been installed. The eaves have been boxed in and the trim is ready for painting. Sheen comes daily to check on the progress of the work and checks in with me 2-3 times weekly to report on the progress and to let me know what will be happening in the next few days. He has always been professional but is quite friendly and I feel at ease asking him questions. I am sure that when the work is completed I will continue to be very happy that I chose him as the contractor to do this project and I will certainly consider his company when I have any future projects.

Sheen's crew was very prompt, professional, clean, and very conscientious of our extremely tight time line. One of the things that we appreciated about SHI is their attentiveness to us and our project, I honestly couldn't tell you how many jobs they had going on at the same time as ours because it felt like we were they're only client. At the time of the remodel my wife was pregnant and the two bathrooms needed to be done before the baby shower, SHI powered through the projects and not only finished in time, but did a fantastic job!
