Sparklz Window Cleaning

Zach does a great job. Unfortunately, we didn't get around to getting our windows done recently, but we will call him when we are ready. He works quickly cleaning the tracks, windows and screens inside and out. He is pleasant, efficient and does a great job. They truly sparkle when he's done.

Zachary was prompt and even had the thoughtfulness to call before he came since rainy weather was expected a couple of days after his work was to be done. If I wanted to re-schedule, that was an option. I decided that we are going into the rainy season, hopefully, and that now was probably as good a time as ever to go ahead and do it. Sure enough we had rain 2 days later, but the raindrops looked a lot better on clean windows than if they had been as dirty as they were. He worked straight through, explained what he was doing, notified me if there was anything that he came across that he thought we'd want to be aware of, even though it wasn't necessarily related to cleaning the windows. He did a great job, was courteous, and worked carefully and hard for about 6 hours on our 2450 sq. foot, two story home. I believe that his fee was fair for all that he did and how well he did it.

Great! He used a special window cleaner that kept the windows clean for ages. I liked how he wore shoe covers in the house and was really careful around window treatments.

It went very well. Zach's assistant was punctual and very polite. He worked 7 hours non-stop and spent extra time at the end ensuring that things looked perfect, which they did. He also told me that if I notice anything that I don't like to call him and he will come out and fix it. The windows look wonderful. I will definitely use them again.

I expected the screens, windows and window panes to be cleaned, they weren't. The screens were done very poorly. They were my 4th call near the 4th of July holiday, the other 3 or 4 were busy, now I know why.

They were very good. He was very neat and clean, he put booties on his feet, so he wasn't tracking stuff around the house, when he walked around the house. He was extremely careful, not to splash or drip on anything around the windows that he was working, and he did a very good job. We received good value for the amount we spent. We are planning on using him in the future.

Zach and his colleague arrive ahead of schedule, gave me an immediate on-site estimate, and set to work. The team were very careful with aging screens and temperamental windows. They worked quietly and carefully, and, most important, thoroughly. Excellent work with little disruption (I was working at home during their visit). I will definitely arrange to have them clean our windows in the future.

Sparklz was great to work with. First, there was an immediate response with detailed questions and answers. They were flexible and were able to work within my budget. Expensive (I think), but worth the thorough cleaning job. We have them do our windows about every 5 months. The only problem is getting them around the holidays. You must plan ahead.

It worked out beautifully. He was earlier than on time. He came in and put booties on to not track anything into my home. He moved the furniture back after he cleaned. He did a great job I was very happy with the whole experience.

I called a number of window cleaning services before hiring Sparklz. Zach's bid was not the lowest bid, indeed most were lower. But when I pressed the other providers for what was and was not included in the quotes they gave me, it was apparent that -- once you included the separate charges for cleaning the screens and tracks, which were already included in Zach's quote -- the prices were quite comparable. So, Sparklz is by no means inexpensive, but Zach did an excellent job. He showed up precisely at the scheduled time, he was professional, wore booties to keep my carpets clean, and generally understood better than I did what the job needed to be done well. He even reminded me that there were windows in the garage that he would clean. Next time I'll remember to tell him I have a skylight, so he'll know to bring the ladder he needs to get up there. I was impressed and will have him back on a regular schedule.
