Sparklz Window Cleaning

This is the third time I have had Zachary do my windows. He is extremely professional, punctual and overall does an excellent job.

It was very easy to contact and make an appointment wit Zach. My windows. screens and tracks were very overdue for cleaning and the house had been powerwashed, so there were water spots everywhere which can be difficult to remove. Work was done with great attention to detail and I'm very happy with the crystal clear view out of all my windows. I won't hesitate to call Sparklz again in the future.

Nate was right on time. He briefly walked the job with me, discussing the details. He quickly set to work vacuuming all window and door tracks. After this, he did insides before breaking out the ladder to complete the outsides. Throughout the process, he was friendly, professional, and extremely considerate of protecting my property. The final results are awesome!

And they were really clean, too! Zack took my call, scheduled the appointment to fit into my particular needs that week. He showed up on time and went about the business of cleaning really dirty windows and leaving them sparkling! I have 13 windows, 5 of them very large--all on a single story house, plus a sliding glass door and a front door with old diamond panes....now this is a small, older tract house--which in some ways makes it easy. But on the other hand, I have lots and lots of mature trees and get dust plus the spray- back from sprinklers. The final kicker is that I have 4 large dogs and some of my windows and the slider have a gross film of "dog art". Zack never complained but just got busy and did a wonderful job. The most difficult part for him were the bank of louvers...That part of the job took an hour by itself. Not easy and had to be done very painstakingly. I used the same person to do my windows for quite a long time, but unfortunately he passed away. Just really lucky to find Sparklz..and Zack. Every time I need some kind of service--plumber, electrician, appliance repair etc. I just research Angie's List. In 10 years, I have never gotten a poor service provider, not once. Zack did a a great job which is what I really care about. He was on time, estimated the job correctly, was very tidy and even moved some furniture. A complete professional. I can see why he has been in business for 11 years! Recommend him to everyone.

This is the second time I have used Sparklz. Both Zach and Nate are extremely pleasant and competent! My windows look so clean that I keep thinking I have forgotten to close them! I have recommended Sparklz to many friends and will continue to call on them.

I would definitely hire him again. He was prompt, courteous, friendly and did a great job.

Zack was terrific! He cleaned our windows perfectly! He didn't leave out one detail. He's a perfectionist. I would definitely recommend him and also use in the future!

I called several other window cleaners (not found on Angie's List) who would not come to my residence because it was "too far". I live in the South Bay among thousands of neighbors with lots of shopping and services in my area so I do not understand why they would turn me down. I went on Angie's List and found Sparklz Window Cleaning. Zach was positive and professional during my phone call and apologized because he had to charge me the lowest rate, which he considered to be too much, because I only had 3 big windows and a patio door. I was thrilled because my upstairs windows hadn't been cleaned in 10 years! Nate was the technician that came to my home. He is a really nice, polite, knowledgeable guy and did a terrific job on my windows. He even offered to help with my smoke alarm that was beeping incessantly! Nate finished the job in a little over an hour, called in my credit card number and was on his way, apologizing for not being able to figure out what was wrong with my smoke alarm! Thanks Nate! You rock!

Excellent job - the windows look great. I will be using Sparklz again for sure... they were on-time, very professional and the quality of the job was excellent.

The service provider who was sent to do the job was not the owner who had done my job before. He was courteous but very slow and I did not feel my windows were done as well as when the owner of the business had done them a couple of years before. Maybe it is because my windows are 20 years old that they just didn't seem to be as clean as in the past, I'm really not sure. The gentleman who did the job did tell me if I was't satisfied to call and they would come back out. I would use them again, but I think I would ask the owner to do the job, just to see if the windows could look better.

He is professional, punctual and performs quality work. I would recommend him to anyone.

We found them on Angie's list. They were good. We liked them. The price was reasonable and the job was good. We liked everything. I was very pleased with the price, responsiveness and with the quality of their work. Everything was perfect. We liked the person and we like how he worked.

He is a nice, young man with a clean appearance. I have been using his services for about three years and I have him come out at the end of each spring. He has done a wonderful job on the window cleanings.

Zach was very businesslike, efficient,and reasonable in price, with discount. He was quiet and fast. This was the first time we had ever used a service like his, and we were very pleased. We will definitely employ him again.

The crew arrived on time. They were cheerful, cooperative, and professional. All work was checked by them and they also asked us to check their work. The view in our home was greatly enhanced. We will definitely use them again.

Perfect, they originally weren't able to to fit us into their schedule, but the owner was able to move his schedule a bit and eventually had the time. The worker showed up on time, and probably his biggest distraction was me engaging him in conversation.

They were good. They offer professional service and they were reliable. Although, I asked him to contact me every few months but I don't hear from him...I don't know...maybe he is busy but the service is good. I like it. They do just everything I expect them to do.

I can't say enough wonderful things about them...they fit me in just before Christmas...on time, professional, tidy and very friendly.
