Zachary from Sparklz arrived on time, 9:00am to begin window cleaning. He began by cleaning all of the tracks for the sliding doors. He had all of the ladders, tools, etc. that he needed with him. He went about cleaning all of the windows putting towels on the floors so that no water got on our hardwood floors. Then all of the outside of the windows as well. Our front door is quite large, five feet wide and eleven and a half feet tall, curved with large amounts of beveled glass in design with wood frame. Zachary did a beautiful job cleaning that with special cleaner. He was equally as careful with all of the mirrors which were wall size in several rooms. The whole job from start to finish took him until almost 5:00pm. He was very careful with all of our furniture and objects which had to be moved to complete the work. The windows and mirrors look great.

I called and the phone was immediately answered. He asked about the type of windows, approximately how many windows, and when the last time they where cleaned. He gave me an estimate over the phone. I agreed with the price and the time. He was prompt and finished effectively and quickly.

We were very pleased with the guy. We got the details through Angie's List booklet. We got a discount. The experience was great. The price was fine. The response was immediate. He was fantastic. Once the rainy season is over, I am planning to call him again.

Zachery showed up the day and time as scheduled. He was courteous, professional and completed the job in a timely manner. He even cleaned some mirrors for me which were not part of my original request. I was very pleased.

What a fabulous experience! Zach is the window washing guru! Had construction dust EVERYWHERE inside and out and couldn't reach my previous company. Called Sparklz and Zach fit me in - I was having company and left the windows until the last minute! Zach arrived on time and bill was exactly as estimated over the phone- even after fixing a few window issues in the home. WOW! It was such a pleasure to actually get your money's worth! Zack appeared right on time and spent several hours carefully cleaning inside and out. In several cases the windows are much easier to open now that the tracks have been cleaned! His cleaning included difficult to access windows high up in our great room. He carefully cleaned the screens as well as the windows to prevent the first rain that comes along from dirtying the windows again. Throughout the process he was very congenial and professional. We'll go to him again the next time we get the windows done.

I bought $100 worth of window cleaning months ago at a reduced price from an Angie's List promotional offer. My cleaning was rescheduled several times because of rain. Zachary was always easy to reach by phone when I saw rain was predicted on our scheduled day. In the past I have always asked to have as many windows cleaned as possible for $100 and the window cleaners have cleaned inside and out, a little more than half of my windows. I have 4 pane windows and a set of french doors (with panes) and other cleaners charge extra for pane windows. Zachary said he could clean all my windows, exterior only, and also clean my screens. He did a great job. All my windows look spotless. Now I realize it was a waste of time in the past, having the insides cleaned because they are not dirty (with the exception of my kitchen window which gets water spots.) I asked him how to clean the inside of my kitchen window. I followed his advice, and my kitchen window is spotless. I will recommend him to all my friends, and already gave his business card to a friend today.

Sparklz was so busy with jobs over the next 4 - 6 weeks that they offered to come on a Sunday to "squeeze us in" before we moved to our new home. Superior service and extra careful cleaning the windows in rooms with new carpeting.

Zack was extremely punctual and got to work right away. I had already washed the inside windows so we just wanted the screens and outside windows cleaned...which he did beautifully.

It went as professionally as it should have gone, if you expect the best which I do!, he was as perfect as a first rate professional window cleaner should be, protected his shoes when inside and cleaned up as he went along, I was not worried about my WHITE carpets at all...thank you Zachary. Zachary was on time, worked efficiently, and clearly took pride in the quality of his work. He is the ONLY window washer I've used in the past 10 years who knew how to handle alarm screens. He reinserted each screen with care so I did not have to bring out the alarm company after he finished with the cleaning. I will definitely use him again and again and highly recommend him.

Zac is a true professional in the window cleaning business. He was quick to respond to my message left on his answering machine and the of booking an appointment. He showed up on time and went right to work. He uses the good old squeegee method, which is the ONLY way to wash windows in my opinion. He even cleaned all the tracks. This man is really good.

Zach was quick to call back, on time and very professional. He did a wonderful job on the windows and screens, the tracks were cleaned well. He was very considerate of the carpeting and surrounding areas. This was the best window washing experience I have had. I will use him again and am very comfortable recommending him to others.

He did an excellent job-- was very conscientous. Came back second day to try to remove old water stains on the outside of several windows from well water irrigation spray - a job well done!

It was a great experience. He is very neat and clean as he goes about the cleaning. I called Zack and was able to schedule an appointment in one day. He arrived at exactly 9:30 Am and went to work vacuming all the tracks. I had not moved furniture curtains or draperies. Zack took care of everything. Even though my home is one story, it has a lot of windows, some of which are many paned. I couldn't believe how clean he got them. He worked so quietly that my normaly barking poodle forgot that he was there! From now on I will have him clean twice a year.

Very happy that i finally got my windows and doors cleaned. (Been meaning to do this for years!) Sparklz did an excellent job! Bought the Angie's List coupon deal for this, called them up and they were available to come out the following week. I have a two story house so some of those upstairs windows and screens really needed cleaning as they are inaccessible to clean regularly as i do with my downstairs windows. Job was completed efficiently, professionally, and with "sparkle"! Windows look GREAT! It really does make a difference to have PROFESSIONALLY cleaned windows. Will definitely use them again. Probably will start doing this twice a year. Highly recommend Sparklz.

Zach was great. The house windows had not been cleaned for over 10 years. The tough water spots from the sprinkler system had block any sunlight. etc. He was very professional and honest in what he believes he could do. The job was more than I hoped for. Recommend to anyone.

Zach, a quiet professional, arrived promptly. He was polite and made sure to put booties on his feet and on his ladder's feet. I have a new kitten and a dog so Zack was very careful about opening the windows and doors to prevent the kitten's escape. After discussing what he would be doing he set to work. He was through and quiet and careful. The job took several hours and I didn't see him taking any breaks or in any way wasting time. He was diligent and careful which I appreciated. Since the windows haven't been done in years, there was a great deal of shrubbery sap as well as some paint specks that could not be removed in this first go around. I understood completely when he explained it. Zack also explained what I could do in the future. When asked he spoke about how often the windows should be done etc. He didn't try to push anything on me but was very informative. I am delighted with the result and will definitely set up a 6 month follow-up with his service. Frankly, I would not have used the service if I hadn't received the email from Angie's list but boy, am I glad I did!!!
