+ -1 moreSolid Rock Custom Builders ensured I was 100% satisfied with my new kitchen, and indeed I was!! Starting from scratch, Solid Rock helped conceptualize my "dream kitchen" and make it a reality within my budget. Starting with new cabinetry and granite, Solid Rock took control of the installation of the major and minor details of remodeling. They walked me step-by-step what their plan was and how they were going to execute. They asked me questions along the way to make sure I was still on board with my original request. Solid Rock also caught an electrical error made from a previous contractor and quickly fixed it with my approval (it was a fire hazard; they took a picture to show me in case I wanted a second opinion). After the granite and cabinets were installed, Solid Rock installed my beautiful new under cabinet lighting (wired it to a switch near the entrance of the kitchen), fixed my canned-lighting (to look better than the original ones prior to the remodel) re-built the dry wall, and painted it the color I requested. Overall, it looked absolutely breathtaking! I could not believe the quality of the work with the low cost! It was obvious that Solid Rock takes pride in their work and wants to make sure anything they do is not only "perfection" in their eyes, but to the homeowners as well. They also cleaned up after they were all finished, making it look so shiny and sparkly (I didn't have to hire a house cleaner like I normally would have to do with other contractors)!! Communication with Solid Rock was never a problem as they communicate via email or phone, sometimes text. They were always there when I had a question or needed their professional opinion around kitchen remodel. I will always recommend Solid Rock Custom Builders, Inc. to friends and family, and will most definitely use them again when I am ready to custom-rebuild my bathrooms. It's so nice to know that I have contractors I can trust, and integrate integrity into their professional work. THANK YOU SOLID ROCK!!! I ABSOLUTELY LOVE MY NEW KITCHEN!!!!!
Description of Work: Solid Rock helped me conceptualize and customize my kitchen remodel (and put this remodel into action)! They helped me order and install new cabinets (under cabinet lighting) and granite, in addition to rebuilding dry wall, installing new lights and light switches, and painting the kitchen. Solid Rock reinstalled all my kitchen appliances, including my sink, garbage disposal, oven, microwave, and refrigerator. Additionally, Solid Rock ensured "perfection" around the details of the remodel, and were on top of any detail that a detail oriented homeowner might notice.
