Great experience with SoCal Steam Clean from start to finish. We needed to find an upholstery cleaning company to refresh our sofa due to wear and tear from three young children. They responded quickly to my initial request for a quote, were very friendly and were competitive in their pricing. Was able to set up an appointment for a few days later. Taylor came out to deep clean our sectional sofa, and he did a great job. He was very polite and friendly, worked quickly and efficiently and made the sofa look fantastic. What initially drew me to this company was their policy of using 'green' products and that there is no residue or odor after treatment, After having the sofa cleaned, it looks great and feels super clean, with no chemical or flowery odors. We definitely recommend SoCal Steam Clean to anyone needing upholstery cleaning, will use them again.

I got several emails confirming appt. James arrived on time, very professional. He measured area to be cleaned. He cleaned whole house and two large armchairs. When he left, the carpet was much drier than my previous cleaner. It was dry by the next day.

They were wonderful. I will be using them again. I would give them 'A' across the board, their responsiveness when I needed information, their professionalism. They communicated with me over the phone and via email. I've never seen anyone work as hard as the gentleman that came in to my house. I think they didn't even charge enough. They could have charged more. They were phenomenal. I have a cat and I had family coming into town and I needed house to be allergy free for my brother-in-law. He didn't have to take any allergy medicine for the entire time he was in my house. That's amazing.

After considerable reading about the various methods of cleaning carpeting and reading reviews of many companies, I decided to talk with Justin at SoCal Steam Clean. Although there were not many reviews on Angie's list, the reviews were positive and complemented by many positive comments and reviews on Yelp. The cleaning process is clearly described on their website; and in conversations with Justin, the positive comments from others were confirmed. He returned calls, answered my questions, and gave an estimate that seemed reasonable. On the scheduled day, Justin and technician (James?) arrived on time, measured the area to be cleaned (their measurement was lower than mine), and explained exactly what they would be doing including the sounds we would hear. They carefully protected tile and wood floors that were not being cleaned, brought in the hoses, and began. They were extremely efficient in moving and replacing furniture, moving from room-to-room, applying the protectant, and grooming those areas. They paid particular attention to the spots that we pointed out including an intractable stain from a tray of spilled champagne. Justin even came to us about halfway through the process to show us what had been done and have us look around to see how it looked to us. When they were finished, they removed the hoses and protective cloth. The furniture was in place with styrofoam or plastic coasters to be removed when the carpet was dry. Within the 24 hours that they had predicted, the carpet throughout was completely dry and looked beautiful. The stains are gone, and there is even more loft than there was prior to cleaning. I had been quite anxious about having the carpet cleaned; but with SoCal Steam Clean, there was no need to be. Justin and his colleague were soft-spoken, competent, and very professional in their approach, dress, quality and cleanliness of equipment, and in their demeanor. We are thrilled with the results and would highly recommend SoCal Steam Clean.

Justin delivered on his promises! Everything from responding to emails, providing an estimate, explaining his service, having availability to work around my schedule, arriving exactly on time and most importantly, following through on his promises! Another big plus in my book is that he provided a price for a full service carpet cleaning. Then when he arrived he performed exactly that job - and did not try to up-sell anything! That's one of the most annoying things, in my experience, about using other "professional" carpet cleaners is the big up-sell that occurs when they come into the house. Justin simply has one level of service he performs - and that level is nothing short of outstanding. Keep in mind, he's a two-man show so he can't be everywhere at once. Be patient, he will call back! Once he's made a commitment, he will keep it!

It was really great. They seemed very honest with their assessment with everything. I feel like I paid a good price.

We've tried MANY different carpet cleaners over the years. SoCal Steam Clean was hands down the best. On time, exceedingly professional and pleasant, not to mention priced right. The price they quoted on the phone was what we paid. No up selling - no hidden costs. We will use them again and personally recommend them to our friends and neighbors. A GREAT provider.

They were on-time and very professional. The took the time to protect our wood floors and walls from their equipment and hoses before getting started. They did a great job getting out all of the spots and our carpet looked great afterwards.
