I got locked out at my house in the night, I called SoCal Lockshmith at 10.00 PM. Ron came on time and unlocked the door for me and he also prepared a new key for me in the night. He is very patient and professional. I would highly recommend him.

I contacted the company, and with 45 minutes the tech, Ron, was at my house, evaluated the job, offered recommendations, and submitted a price. I knew it would be a detailed job, having to replace 3 door handles and locks, and then rekey 11 keys for our tenants. I was very impressed with the responsiveness on the initial day and the knowledge Ron gave, for example, he did suggest a cheaper, but adequate, version of the lock for 1 door, because that door is not often used. I agreed to the price, and the next morning, he showed up with all materials, and performed the work. It actually took him longer than anticipated, but he honored the initial quote. Very pleased with the overall result, and would definitely hire again. The price was actually in the ballpark that I anticipated. This was not an easy job due to the different door types, and I elected to purchase the highest quality products, due to recent break in's in the area. I can also add that Ron was here for about 3 hours on installation day, due to the complexity of the install. This job was done in Point Loma.

Serviceperson came within a few hours of our call. The work was done professionally, at a reasonable price.

Ron was prompt and very professional. The cupboard locks were not straightforward but his improvisation has worked very well. The job was completed the same day that it was ordered.

One door lock froze and would not open or close. Ron installed a temporary lock until I could get replacements to match existing hardware. Several weeks later after new hardware arrived, came back and installed it after keying all locks alike. Didn't charge for the temporary installation, even though it was now technically "used hardware". Job was done very carefully and involved quite a bit of fitting of new locks into existing wooden french doors.

Ron researched and found the correct lock to replace a very old lockset so it would both work well and match the 2nd door. Excellent job.

The provider was a little late (1/2 hour) due to traffic, but once arrived things went very smoothly. He even suggested a reconfiguration of our deadbolt that saved us a little money. Very personable and professional.

Ron was personable and professional, and made sure everything was right. I would definitely use his services and expertise again.

Due to a domestic violence incident with one of my tenants I needed to change some locks in an apartment. I picked his number out of the finback. He was able to come in an urgent manner within one hour after the phone call. Doron showed up on time. He took the time to explain the process and even suggested we rekey the locks to save me some money. He is a true professional and cleaned up everything after he was finished. I would highly recommend him. He is a very nice guy and took a genuine interest in my situation. I will definitely call him for any future needs.
