Description of Work: Caulked and painted wood widows.

Description of Work: Scott Dumas was engaged in this instance to paint five bedrooms which included all walls and trim around all windows and doors. In each bedroom the walls were a separate color (flat sheen); the ceilings white (also flat sheen); doors and wood, multi-light windows (3 to 4 per room) were done in a gloss sheen. Scott is extremely meticulous and careful in his painting work. He does not rush through a job in order to finish quickly. He prefers to work carefully so it is done right the first time. He helps with color selection and always brings several color samples to paint on the wall for you to see which color looks best. He also will have paint colors custom mixed for you if you like a shade but perhaps it is a little too light or too dark. He covers all furniture and carpet. Any pictures that need to be removed during painting are carefully rehung by Scott. Furniture that is moved is returned exactly as it was before the work started. Scott does not charge by the hour. He gives you the amount that he charges for the complete job; takes installments, usually 1/3, 1/3 and 1/3 and however long it takes him to complete the work the cost does not change. He does not spray paint at all. Everything is done with rollers and brushes. Because of the number of rooms and the large amount of trim the work took more than a week to complete. All work was done to perfection and in a very timely manner.

Description of Work: They painted the entire exterior of my 1,400 square foot home with Dunn Edwards paint. They did all of the prep work and power washing beforehand.

Description of Work: Scott, Peter & John painted the entire interior of our 2,700 sq. ft. home, including all walls, ceilings, mouldings, doors, closets, etc. This included spackling/caulking all holes & cracks and sanding where necessary. They painted a total of nine rooms, plus three bathrooms with two coats of paint.
