+ -1 moreStephen and Peter,as always, didreat job. I don't foresee myself using another shop. Steve and Peter greeted my by name when I walked through the door even though it was almost a year since I was last in the shop.
Description of Work: I have used Small Systems for several years. Recently my desktop computer was running slow. I was getting pop-ups and at times would freeze and forcing me into a restart. Steve and Peter performed magic again. They explained in detail (and common language) the work done on the hard drive and other issues they discovered. The machine is old (in computer terms) but runs fast and like a champ. I asked the guys if I should consider replacing the machine. They stated there were still some good years left so it wasn’t necessary. The guys are great, I always feel comfortable taking my machines to them.

+ -1 moreThey are awesome. I would love to give them some credit for all the good work they have done. They are top of the line and very smart talented computer fixers. I have dropped my computer off a couple of times. The last time they took some viruses out and cleaned it up and it was better than before I took it in. They are super great guys. They probably could log into people almost around anywhere to fix a problem, I don't know this for sure, but I thing they could. They really are awesome and I would very highly recommend them. They have always been very reasonable and they are top notch all the way round and been able to fix everything. They have always been able to answer all my questions. I have been using them for several years and I have been using them since.
