Description of Work: Ski came in and removed an old toilet and replaced it in the same day.

+ -1 moreSki is a one man shop and well recommended from my electrician. I like this man. Honest and old school. No nonsense. He shows up on time and does the work. He charges for materials (fair prices) and for his time (fair hourly). He tells you what you need to do so your job isn't "half a$$." I like that. He lets you see how the work is being done and what he's doing to add value. More than 20 years of experience. I'm writing this review because I'm drywalling in some gas lines worked on by my last plumber. Things didn't look right. Ski showed up the same day, checked it out and told me that I don't need a plumber. I need a carpenter to replace some of the boards nearby. He didn't charge me a dime! Honest man. Call Ski. You won't be disappointed.
Description of Work: Installed a new pressure regulator, a new shutoff valve and a concrete box behind the city's meter. Added and replaced a nearby hose bib with 3/4" for better pressure.
