SIERRA WINDOW CONCEPTS

You sent me information on Sierra Window Coverings, a totally different company.

They thing I did not like about them is that they were very high in price. They seemed to have an old sales technique.

What a fantastic experience. From start to finish, Sierra Window Concepts was professional, prompt, extremely helpful, and courteous. The windows are so beautiful and I feel like I have a brand new home. Everything opened up, looks amazing, and the house actually feels different. The salesman and installers showed up on time, when promised [these aren't your normal surfer dude, whatever, no show, kind of guys that one sometimes encounters in San Diego!]. They did a really great job, were really nice, and even gave me some extra advice and recommendations when we discovered some unrelated long term maintenance issues that I needed to address. They went above and beyond in terms of service, speed and excellence in both their product and performance. Their work ethic is remarkable and their dedication and expertise is evident at every turn. The salesman took a lot of time with me and answered all of my questions. There was no pressure to buy, because these windows really sell themselves. There are so many different options and the salesman was very patient and explained differences, demonstrated how they work, and made suggestions based on what was important to me. The windows have so many incredible features?like UV protection, HD screens that you can?t even tell are there, and my most favorite thing?the fact that you can clean the windows from inside of your house and open many of them in different ways. The salesman helped me to select the appropriate windows and sliders for the job, and he explained various considerations and really educated me, so that I could make informed and appropriate choices. In addition to having all of these amazing features, my house is so now so quiet, which was a pleasant surprise, and I'm sure that I'll be even happier when I get my next utility bill! Before I got my new windows, the house was cold, and drafty and now it is bright and sparkling and the windows will be much easier to clean, as you can clean both the windows and the screens from the inside, and there are lots of safety features as well. I cannot say enough about how impressed I am with the job. The installers were fantastic and caring, and so fast and efficient! They were very careful with my home and my possessions, and took away all of the old windows. You would have never known that they were there at all, except for the fact that they left behind a beautifully enhanced house. It is reminiscent of the scene in Cinderella where the fairy godmother waves her magic wand and Cinderella, formerly wearing rags, is suddenly wearing a ball gown. The transformation to my house with the new windows was indeed that dramatic! This is such an improvement in my house, and it has really updated and added so much value to my home?I know that beyond a doubt, it was a very wise investment, because it has really increased not only the curb appeal, but also the resale value, and most importantly it makes me smile every time I see any of the windows. I used to have single pane windows, the house is 20+ years old, a track home built by McMillan in the early 1990s, and the windows were very very substandard, cheap, and lets just say they didn't age well at all. My house essentially got a face-lift and my spirits got a lift, too. Who would have ever thought that changing the windows could make me so happy! One last thing, their warranty actually extends beyond the actual purchaser to new owners, another great feature, and selling point for people. My only regret?that I didn't do it sooner. And when I told one of the installers that, he pointed out that the windows have come a long way. So, I know I made the right decision and picked the right company, and my advice to anyone out there who has thought about it in the past, and not had your windows redone yet--now is a wonderful time!!! You will be very happy if you pick Sierra Window Concepts. It is one of the best decisions that I have ever made.

INITIAL APPT WAS DONE VERY QUICKLY AFTER INITIAL CONTACT. SALESPERSON HAD ALL THE INFO NEEDED TO COMPLETE THE ESTIMATE. WE HAD A CHANGE ORDER AND THAT DELAYED THE WINDOWS BEING RECEIVED. IT TOOK ABOUT 6 WEEKS FOR PROJECT TO BE COMPLETED.
