Shugarman's Bath

DO NOT fall for their lofty claims of providing exceptional services. Their sales rep would spend more than half hour boasting how great they are. Unfortunately our experience with them was horrible. We got a small guest bathroom remodeling done from them last month. Firstly, they did a shoddy job and left so much trash behind for us to clean up. They broke a part of the showerhead while installing and when they returned with a spare it was not up to the specifications we had asked. Then I called their service rep who promised that their worker will come and replace it in less than 24 hrs. Itâ s been over a week and nothing has been done. They would not even take my calls anymore. I should not have paid them whole amount before everything was completed. But would not want anyone else to go through the same ordeal we went through.

Ivan did a wonderful job. He was professional, polite and talked through the project at every step. He left the job site clean and tidy every night and called every morning to let us know he was on the way.

Very professional and family oriented. Sean was a great sales rep with his power presentation and all. I would definitely recommend Shugarman's to my friends and relatives.

Replaced the tub/shower in our hall bathroom! Shugarman was awesome from the salesperson, to the demolition to the installers! Iâ ll choose them again when it comes time to do our master bath! I highly recommend them!

The first installation went almost well...but the installers neglected to let me know they tried to hide a small chunk of the wall they nicked. Next up is a month-long wait for parts and a second install to repair the wall. Instead of a repair, I got a disaster. The wall that needed repair was now worse than the first, the glass was misaligned, and my vanity was ruined. The next attempt fixed the shower (after another lengthy delay to get a new wall) and the vanity was replaced...except to make the door open the installer just hacked the baseboard enough to get the door to open. Attempt #4 is now to repair the poorly installed vanity. This led to the need to replace the baseboards. Of course, the baseboard installed is one full inch shorter than the previous one, so I have a one-inch strip above the baseboard that is unfinished. Of course, once everything was acceptable the shower door started to leak. They said they would come to fix it... a month later I am still waiting. At this point, I do not want them in my house. Happy for those who had a great experience and have given 5-star reviews. My experience was nothing short of a nightmare.

We considered various companies/proposals when we were looking to do our bathtub to shower conversions. We are delighted we choose Shugarmanâ s Bath. All the Shugarmanâ s folks (Owner, Sales, Office, Installers, Supervisors) we interacted with throughout the purchase, installation and subsequent interactions were/are top notch. After the installation we asked about a relate concern, Shugarmanâ s inspected the situation and then 100% addressed the issue even though it meant notable effort on their part. When Shugarman says they stand 100% behind their product/work that is not a mere slogan. Cannot recommend them highly enough.

The workers that came were prompt and did their work with few interruptions except to ask me questions about how I wanted something placed. It was done (bathtub and wet area remodel) in two days and after waiting 24 hours I was able to enjoy a nice long deep soak bath. No regrets here. It's only been a few months so I can't speak to anything that may happen long term down the road but it's lifetime warranty so that's covered. Also their rep was the most calm and professional out of a number that came to give a quote.

The work was done with precision and care down to the last detail. Each of the installers were extremely competent, efficient,and worked each day practically non stop. They were all friendly and polite and meticulous in cleaning up any debris from their work. My shower conversion looks spectacular! My thanks go out to Paco, Oscar, Francisco( Kiko) and to Michael for their diligent attention. Also, Elsie,in the office, handled all my questions and made accommodations for my schedule for the project to be completed. All in all, I think Shugarman's Bath is a quality business and I will gladly refer my friends to them.

The bathtub enclosure is great. Had a few issues but were resolved. Be sure to oversee to ensure insulation installed and items are placed exactly where you wantbthem

I was told by Shrugamans that they had been in business for over 20 years. After speaking with an employee I found out that it was around 3 years and growing fast. This explains the slow response. The only time it was quick was when I gave them a deposit. Someone drove over to my house within an hour. Every other time My calls would not be returned until 2 -4 days later. Often I would get different responses. It is not a good look.

We contracted with Shugarman's for a Bathtub/shower tear out and a new walk in expanded shower with glass door enclosure. First of all our in home sales presentation was so good and the price and quality of materials were just what we were looking for that we canceled our other appointments and bought there service. The follow up and additional measuring went will and very professional. The pieces were manufactured in a very short time and within a month they began the job. We were a little concerned about the labor and cleanliness and respect for our home and property. With that being said the Men that installed our shower were more than competent and very professional and took extra care with our home and property. Their skill and craftsmanship were impeccable and left no detail undone. They cleaned up every bit of debre and polished and wiped down everything. The job is amazing and my wife and I would highly recommend their products and services. We are very happy with the job and would like to thank you again. PERRY HENDRICKSON.

They are very professional and did my two bathrooms in two days. Showed up on time and cleaned up after them. They did excellent work.

Everything was very professional and the installation was quick. The bathroom looks incredible and everyone was very polite and kind. I highly recommend this company.
