Shugarman's Bath

DO NOT fall for their lofty claims of providing exceptional services. Their sales rep would spend more than half hour boasting how great they are. Unfortunately our experience with them was horrible. We got a small guest bathroom remodeling done from them last month. Firstly, they did a shoddy job and left so much trash behind for us to clean up. They broke a part of the showerhead while installing and when they returned with a spare it was not up to the specifications we had asked. Then I called their service rep who promised that their worker will come and replace it in less than 24 hrs. It’s been over a week and nothing has been done. They would not even take my calls anymore. I should not have paid them whole amount before everything was completed. But would not want anyone else to go through the same ordeal we went through.

Shugarman's called us to follow up on the recent bath and shower remodeling project. When they learned about a small water leak, they contacted Mr. Jesus right away. They gave the water pipe top priority. Mr. Jesus came in the home, professional from the start. He looked at the problem and attacked the problem like a Heart Surgeon...went right to the heart of the problem and fixed it quickly. The work was done so fast (minor adjustment to the elbow pipe), I could not believe it. Mr. Jesus is the Greatest! It was a real pleasure having him in our home. God Bless you and your family. Shugarmans Bath… more like “Zen” Bath. They promised a low-stress process, and then very pleasantly surprised me, delivering the easiest home remodeling project I’ve ever done. The installers, Mike and Casey, took particular care to cover and protect my home so no dust went outside of the bathroom atea. They checked in with me routinely keeping me involved so I always felt confident with the progress that was being made. At the end of the job they cleaned up meticulously, leaving nothing that I had to clean up after them. Afterward, the only way I knew they were there was by the stunning new shower they left behind. I absolutely love my new bathroom and will be recommending Shugarmans Bath to all of my friends and clients.

Chreen was our installer and she was awesome! Her work was flawless, she was able to accommodate some fairly significant last minute customizations, she came prepared and on time and stayed late to get the job done. Several problems they couldn't have predicted came up and they took it in stride, worked together and quickly found solutions. She was very respectful of our home and left our home cleaner than it was when she arrived. I wouldn't hesitate to hire them again and have no desire to try my luck elsewhere. They even provided contacts for subcontractors they recommend to tackle the rest of the bathroom. Every part of this process was handled with efficiency and care, I can't recommend them enough!

Both I and Shugarman's underestimated the extra time and money involved to obtain City of San Diego permits. I appreciate Shugarman's storing all of the components for 9 months while working through permitting. The quality of the finished product is great.

Was looking to re model my master bathroom as the shower tiles were eroding. Not only was the new install beautiful and worth the prices, but the experience with the team from choosing the design to installing the bathroom was genuinely amazing. All the staff were so friendly and accommodating. Could not recommend them enough!

It was absolutely fantastic. The owner, Chase, provided a fantastic customer service. The guy was too exceptional.
