My wife and I recently used Sheiner Construction for a full bathroom remodel in my San Diego rental. First we worked with Didi (who was awesome!), they helped us visualize exactly what we wanted for our new bathroom, especially the tub-to-shower conversion. Overall Sheiner Construction was key to us getting this remodel done in a timely manner by getting us all the necessary permits for our project. As for the actual renovation part... flawless... Alex and his team were very careful moving in and out of our rental minding our Livingroom furniture and floors making sure to properly protect everything during the initial setup. We would definitely use Sheiner Construction again, Thank you Didi and Joseph and Alex!

Didi and Joseph are so good! We were just coming off a bad experience with another contractor and feeling a little sour, but Sheiner Construction brothers took great care of us. They were thorough, detail oriented, and escalated all the right decisions to us without overwhelming or bothering us with drama.à  They went above and beyond to make the remodel is going according to plan, even in a 90 year old house with no right angles.à  They showed up on time every morning as expected, kept us updated on any delays, and kept our house clean and tidy the whole time - to the point where, not only were we able to live here with our three boys while they worked on the bathroom and kitchen, but I was able to continue working from home as well.à  They were reasonably priced reliable and respectful of our home. Sheiner Construction remodeled our guest bathroom. We first met with Didi for the design. He helped us pick out finished materiel like tile, and all of the fixtures on pictures we'd like. When the quote was more than we had hoped, he helped us find other alternatives to fit our budget, but still look great! Didi & Joseph were very responsive and understanding throughout the project. Everything looks great and we are so happy with our bathroom! When we had an issue with the lighting after the completion of the project, they came and fixed it for us. Thank you so much!

They did a really good job on my renovation. Knocked out a wall to expand the kitchen and living room. They showed up to work daily at 7am and world hard until quitting time. My project took approximately 4 weeks to complete, a few weeks early.

I have been trying to talk my husband into remodeling our kitchen for years but he always argued cost. I requested a quote from these guys and the number they gave us couldnâ t be passed up! Didi was our initial contact. After a long conversation we felt good about his company. They came out within a couple days to give us a quote and we started our remodel the following month.⠨⠨ Our project manager was Didi and Alex and they both had great communication as well as always returning our calls and providing guidance. Didi has a great selection of workers. They were all very professional and polite. Didi was very detailed and diligent in overseeing the work. Our kitchen and baths turned out beautiful and the completion was approved by the city inspector without any delays. The remodel was completed on schedule and it turned out beautiful.

Just signed a Contract to start the second phase of remodeling our house. The project manager, Didi, is beyond the man. Walked the house with his computer and put everything together so throughly that I know what is going to happen every step of the way. Just completed our Bathroom remodel. Didi and his team did everything from design, demolition, install, paint, electrical, plumbing, and even knocked out a wall. I could not be happier with the service received and the constant communication. No remodel happens without hiccups and dealing with Sheiner Construction made these issues pain free for my wife and I. The attention to detail was great and not over looked. I would recommend to friends and family and anyone that wants a job well done.

Didi, Alex and the team at Sheiner Construction completed a comprehensive internal renovation of my house during 2021. The work included a complete master bathroom remodel, guest bathroom update, numerous internal modifications & updates, painting, electrical, plumbing to create what now feels like a new house.⠨⠨The work is of very high quality and Didi was always accessible and responsive and made lots of excellent suggestions and was flexible with minor scope changes as the work progressed.⠨⠨I highly recommend Sheiner Construction if you are considering remodeling.

I have a pretty old master shower that had started leaking a bit which caused some mold issues with some trim around the wall near the leak. Also, the shower caulk has been damaged to the point where it needed to be replaced along with the shower door which was the main source of the leak. So, it was time to get things looked at by a professional. Didi came out and gave a very thorough look at my issues and recommended I get the shower door replaced, caulking re-done, and baseboard trim replaced from the damage that was there. He also suggested I get the drywall in the damaged area replaced, which was a must at this point. Communication was great with Sheiner Construction and Didi. He worked extremely hard getting the right people involved in my project. This being one of my first BIG projects for my house, I had a few companies come and look. Sheiner Construction was the most reasonable and the repairs suggested by Didi made the most sense. Didi maintained great contact with me, keeping me up to date with what materials I was responsible for vs the contractors. Overall it was a fantastic experience, and I am already lining up some more projects for Sheiner Construction to handle for me. It is my understanding that they literally will do any job, small or large. Fantastic experience! Thanks to Didi and Sheiner Construction for putting my worries at ease and doing a great job on my project! Get ready, I am lining up a lot more stuff for next year.

Didi did a fantastic job with our projects. we did a full kitchen makeover with touchups in the bathrooms that were semi-major. The work was flawless and their attention to detail was amazing. They never left until the job was done to our satisfaction. Each day before leaving they made sure the work place is organized and swept for the next day. I highly recommend Didi and his team and would definitely hire them again to do anything to our home.

Totally worth it! What a remodel! We had our kitchen, staircase and 2.5 bathrooms remodeled. Sheiner Construction and Didi did an amazing job! Our house has been transformed from old to freshly new. They payed attention to every fine detail. We completely trusted the team (Alex, Jose) in our home. They were super friendly and even great to our dogs. We are so happy with the results.

My fiancé and I purchased a 1957 home in San Diego. Everything was original from the pink oven to the pink ugly poodle wallpaper. We came to Sheiner Construction with the hopes that we would have a complete remodel before our first child was born. (We had 4 months to get the job done) Didi said the schedule would be tight but that it was possible. We completely gutted the kitchen and bathroom, knocked down a few walls and added a kitchen island. Not only did Didi complete the project on time, he exceeded all of our expectations. We had a lot of very detailed requests and Didi really took the time to listen and deliver a quality product. I would recommend Sheiner Construction and definitely use them again.⠨⠨After the house was complete we found a few issues and Didi had a worker out to our property the very next morning. Excellent customer service and great to work with.⠨⠨Thank you Didi!!
