Sew Hut specializes in the sales of the Bernina line of sewing machines, but also offers repairs for other various brands. In addition, they carry parts, hold classes, offer notions and supplies. After calling and leaving my name and number, it was about a week and a half later when someone from Sew Hut called and left a message that the order had arrived. When I went into the store to pick up the foot, my order was packaged in a bag and neatly labeled, waiting for me. I had requested and received an agreement for a 15% discount to be applied from a special that was running at the time of my initial call, and after a gentle reminder, it was applied without a problem. I found the whole process from start to finish very pleasant at Sew Hut and would do business with them again.
