Description of Work: Stone floor cleaned, polished and evened out. Dave the CEO himself showed up for the estimate. He's timely and very professional. The job had some spots that were not taken care of but as soon as we spotted them, Dave took care of it.

Description of Work: There was some miscommunication. The first guy who came out was the salesman and he said that they would re-due the grout in my shower. When the guy came out, he said he couldn’t do that and he didn’t have the time to do that either. He was a hard worker, but he just didn’t do everything that was promised from the salesman. He was here for 4 straight hours. I would give him a B+. What was promised that would be done, was not done.

David and his crew came in to restore our lifeless floors, counter tops and master bath shower. David initially explained the process of what would be done and we felt very confident and comfortable with David and Set in stone. They were very professional, showed up on time and the work exceeded our expectations. The guys arrived on that morning explained what they were going to do, prepped the working and surrounding areas. We were very impressed with the work that was done, especially on this dull dirty stone. They brought our natural stone back to life! After they were done, we did a walk through of the job. They made sure that all my questions were answered and I was very happy with the work that was performed. We were referred to Set In Stone by a client of ours. I would definitely recommend them and will use them again!
Description of Work: Set-in-Stone Restoration cleaned, honed and polished our 15 year old floors, counter tops and master bath shower making them look beautiful again.
